“Can’t remember the guy who worked with me. He was the initial guy who took my reservation, he was awesome. Very kind, helpful and respectful. When I came to pick up the car my guy was busy and another guy, I think a manager helped and he was kind and very helpful as well. When I returned the car my guy was there and he was was very kind again. I will not rent from other agencies again. The experience here at your enterprise was so good. It matters when you are traveling and the guys helping you rent are kind, that eases the anxiety of travel, at least from the initial picking up the car and all the work that goes into that. “Listen I’m not renting from no other place but here! Ok long review but it’s worth it! So I planned a trip enterprise the day before called me to tell me they couldn’t accommodate me! Now I’ve passed this place a million times and never thought to rent from here ! Why idk! But when I tell you these gentlemen where soooo professional and sooooooo nice! Lee was outstanding he was so nice and got me in a car and from start to finish was just outstanding! He saw I was in a panic and he assured me he had me! And he did! I definitely will be using them from now on!!

“There's a really great group of people that work at this location. They were always very friendly, quick, and they got great shoe game. The last part isn't important, but it also kinda is? Like how does a building with a dozen people it all have dope shoes at all times?
Anyway. I rented from them 3 times while my car was in the shop. The 3rd time I fell in love with the car I rented and went down the street and brought one!
Every rental was clean, functional, and got me where I was going. I never had any issues with pickup or drop off and their pricing and payment process was smooth and transparent. Their pricing was competitive with other places I looked.
Unfortunately, I probably won't need them again anytime soon, and Capital Hyundai probably owes them a commission, but this is where I'll go should I need to rent a car in the future.”
“The team at The location on Gate City Boulevard and Farmington Drive did an excellent job they went above and beyond to make sure that we had the rental we needed for our family trip to Fort Jackson in Columbus, South Carolina to witness my grandson graduation. I started to make them aware yesterday of where I’d be coming to rent, then I didn’t say anything , but I’ve already told myself when I have to rent a vehicle. “On 5/25 on Memorial Day and had work done. I made an appointment with Taylor and from the beginning she approached me and my partner with the utmost respect and willingness to be of assistance. She made what could have been an experience full of turmoil and anxiety, stress free and constantly reassuring. She was communicative the entire time keeping me updated of any new information discovered by the technicians.
I had a $4k service done and left to go home. About 5 miles up the road, my car broke down again. I was incredulous and distraught. This happened around 7:05pm after the business had already closed. I called Taylor immediately and she, without hesitation did everything she could to help, despite being off the clock. She asked for my location of where I broke down and sent me a contact to have it towed at the expense of the dealership. After doing so, she came to me on the side of the road to provide me comfort, reassurance, and turned a negative experience into another smooth positive experience.
The fact that she came to help me after she was off of work and to make sure I was safe was a major telling her character. She’s honest, kind, friendly, and protective of her clients. I can’t recommend Taylor enough. She was an angel in a moment of crisis. Without Taylor, this experience would have made me ready to kick the tires off my car. But she provided more than a service, she extended a hand of help and love to me and I will feel eternally indebted to her. God Bless Taylor and all her work.
Thank you Toyota for having such amazing people on your team. Despite my service not working out, I still have to leave 5 stars for Taylors workmanship. If you ask for anyone, ask for her! Thank you Taylor!! <3”
