CrossFit Versatile is not your average gym. It is a high-performance gym where you will be coached each time you walk in the door. The coaches ensure that your workout is challenging but not impossible, your form and range of motion are correct, and your speed and intensity are sufficient. They also adjust the exercise and load to your fitness level, ensuring safety and performance gains. The coaches will push you to achieve things you never thought possible. The atmosphere at CrossFit Versatile is welcoming and supportive. The community of members and coaches is always willing to help and support one another, holding each other accountable. The gym is a place for family, friends, and personal records (PRs). The coaches, such as Melissa, are excellent at pushing members out of their comfort zones and quickly correcting their form when needed. Joining CrossFit Versatile has been a great decision for many people's health and fitness. The gym is inclusive, catering to all ages and abilities, and the scaling of movements is encouraged for safety and incremental growth. The mobility work is also stressed as an important part of overall fitness and health. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced CrossFitter, CrossFit Versatile is a place where you can become the best version of yourself.
I love the HYROX classes at CF Versatile! The coaches and owner, Ben, are excellent, and everyone is so welcoming. The gym is very clean, and the workouts are tailored for everyone—from beginners to elite athletes. This was only my second class, Love it! Highly recommend this gym!
