Filing email complaint to CVS Customer Relations and requesting a response. If everyone with a poor experience with staff or incompetent pharmacist would do this it's possible the Cornwallis location would improve. I keep chronological notes to submit.

There inability to fill a prescription because they don't have it stock. Also they no longer observe on a 28 day cycle. They no longer are a functional pharmacy. They are an abortion of a pharmacy.

It took 40-1hr just to get a subscription for my sister who has pneumonia. For just cough drops and ibuprofen. The staff were mildly friendly at least. They took 4 dollars from us for no reason. This place is a bad pharmacy, just go to Walgreens.
