“I am giving a 5 star review to this store primarily for Ennasence who gave me one of the most memorable customer care experiences. I appreciate her so much, not just for great customer service, but also for thinking ahead and meeting a need I didn't even realize I needed for an Instacart order. I was checking out for 3 members, and one order was an in store pick up. She effortlessly bagged it in paper and I didn't have to ask her to separate the items by Frozen, Fridge, Shelf, etc.. and she even told me how many bags I had for each as I was going to the staging area. When I say excellent customer service, ahead of the game and was friendly the entire encounter even with lines backed down the aisle. She was working at a fast pace that allowed each customer to be appreciated but was getting people in and out the line doing her part to help this store run efficiently. I complimented her to the manager while I was in store, I just needed to go the extra mile for her as she went for me, because this was a white glove, memorable, exemplary customer service experience and I am grateful for her and her hard work. Thank you Ennasence.”
“The Harris Teeter on Francis King Street is a great place to shop for groceries. I like the fact that they are smaller than some of the other Harris Teeter locations, and yet they still are well stocked with everything you might need. My one concern is that the grocery carts are in very poor condition--you have to select one carefully so that you don't get one that pulls to the left or to the right as you push it, or that drags and takes extra effort to push. Aside from this, I highly recommend this HT location!”

“I stopped by at this store Saturday morning to pick up some fruits and vegetables on our way out of town on a camping trip. I had to get something out of one of my external storage compartments. While in a traffic slowdown on I40 west of Asheville the car next to me told me one of my storage doors was open. I had taken a few things out at Harris Teeter and forgot to put them back in and close the door. So I called the store (about 4 hours later) and was lucky enough to talk to the store manger. He listened to my dilemma and said he would go out and look to see if the contents of my storage compartment was still in his parking lot. About 15 minutes later he called my back and said he had found my stuff and would hold it until I returned next Friday. That’s service! It’s a tribute to the high quality individuals employed by Harris Teeter.”

“We stopped there for gas today at $3.56 per gallon for regular gas. We only waited 2 minutes to get gas. There is only 1 direction to go in for gas at this station in Greensboro which is very helpful. It is at the front of Sam's parking lot near W. Wendover.”

“My W. Wendover store takes very good care of me. From the front to Pharmacy and staff. Love being able to get my vaccines there also. The on going concern I have is with the lack of cleanliness of the parking lot and landscaping. Right of major interstate and across from high end shopping center that always looks great. I have shared this concern at least 6 or 7 times. Curb appeal still counts.”
“I called in a refill for a rx I had just run out of but something happened and they didn’t have it ready or even have a refill request in the system when I came to get it. The only reason I had phoned it in that morning was because it was ready the week before, but I didn’t come and get it in time. Not their fault.They were super kind though, apologized for the mistake and had it ready in five minutes. It was amazing. Great service. Cool Great people.”
“So we decided to go to Costco and what a great surprise that it is not crowded. Usually I get anxiety from Costco and it was great to know that we could get in out. Love, love, the southern hospitality at this Costco. We're from California so it's pretty cool to visit other Costco's. We ordered pizza ,a hot dog ,and drinks. There was literally no line and no kiosk to pre-order like California. Our only complaint was the pizza. The cheese was burned and it look like there was little sausages on there. We asked for another slice and we were told that all of their pizzas were like that. However, they did offer us to refund which we declined. We just took the burned pizza and rolled with it. All in all a great experience. Thank you Costco”

From scheduling our appointment over the phone to the visit itself and the follow-up afterward, every staff member has been friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. After struggling with our previous vet, who could rarely get us in and often seemed to brush off our concerns, the difference has been amazing. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, listened to, and well taken care of. Dr. Cobb was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. We also really appreciated how transparent Allie was about costs, providing estimates and keeping us informed every step of the way so there were no surprises. One thing that really stands out is how the staff remembers us by name every time we come in. Jordan was also wonderful when we ran into issues getting a prescription from the pharmacy. She went above and beyond to help and even arranged for us to pick it up after hours. It's clear that everyone here truly cares about animals and wants what's best for them. We couldn't be happier with the care we've received and highly recommend this vet to anyone who wants the best for their pets!”
“Conveniently right beside McDonald's 🤣 It's not quite as stocked as a supercenter but, they had my creamer. They NEED to start keeping the triple chocolate coffee pods year round!!! They could put the nasty pumpkin spice in the seasonal section and leave my coffee alone!!! 😡”

“I had an issue with my bill. I had talked to someone there, and I was told all my medications would be free. I ended up getting a bill for my medications. I called to pay the bill. Michelle answered and immediately saw the mistake. Michelle went above and beyond what her job requires. Michelle went through my medications from last year. She fixed everything that was wrong with how I was being billed, because of Michelle, I went from owing Genoa to having credit with them. Michelle was AMAZING!! We need more people like Michelle in the work force. Michelle, thank you again, you're awesome.”
