Dollar General is a popular store in Greensboro, known for its variety of supplies and affordable prices. Many customers appreciate the well-stocked food items, making it a convenient stop for refilling cupboards before grocery shopping. However, there are consistent concerns about the store's organization. Shoppers often encounter boxes and carts for restocking blocking the aisles, which makes navigating the store difficult. While the staff performs their duties effectively, they are described as not overly friendly but never rude. Customers have noted that the seasonal aisle frequently lacks stock and tends to have clutter from boxes, preventing them from enjoying the available items. Additionally, some have had experiences with expired food products, leading them to avoid purchasing snacks and food. Overall, while the store is seen as a good location with helpful supplies, improvements in organization and food quality would enhance the shopping experience.
Needs more Cashiers and Employees. mainly Security and Store Associates to help stock and keep it uncluttered.

Store hours online and on the door say they open at 8. It’s 8:22am and the doors are still locked. Can’t call inside because the line is busy. Yet there’s a car out here, and the lights are on inside. Customers are showing up and can’t get in.
