“I came to this location to return a few peices of clothing. Thankfully, I had the receipts so everything went fairly quickly. The young lady who worked with me was incredibly patient and caring.
The store was orderly.
The customer service was excellent.
I must admit I did not go to the lady's room.”

“This place was amazing! This five below was a little bit busy and on the website some things they said they didn't have they did have which some people could take that the wrong way, some of this stuff I didn't even know they had and I got everything I wanted and it was all for cheap I got eight things for not even $30 but some of the stuff is not five below. I only gave it four stars because it was busy.”

“I really appreciate Amanda. She is in jewelry but helped me check out when I was purchasing a bathing suit. She went above and beyond helping me. Was so kind and cheerful to all customers. Was very personable to the ladies in front of me in line who were picking out handbags and a dress for events. She got us all checked out very quick while also giving us all the time we needed for the process. 10/10 for her customer service and expertise. Maddie also came over and helped and was so kind to me as well. I really appreciate them. They treated me like a friend and had wonderful customer service. They are perfect examples of great sales associates.”
“The Dillards clearance center in Winston Salem, NC is amazing. Absolutely tons of clothing and great prices. Not a lot of purses but plenty shoes. Not a lot of home goods, but plenty of other bargains.”

“I love TJ MAXX! This is a great store. They have a lot of stuff to choose from and the employees have always been very nice. My only complaint is they don't have a great selection of boys clothes. I'm also waiting for them to get more of the zero sugar caramel drink syrup. Otherwise great store!”
“Came here to take family photos for the first time today 8/15. I would firstly like to say that our photographer Jada was amazing, very kind and super patient with us the entire time. The other lady at the front with her named curtsey ? was very rude to us from the jump. She also made a lot of snarky comments towards Jada in front of everyone mentioning that she would lose her job because of something irrelevant which we found super uncomfortable and unprofessional. curtsey also gave us a very hard time with our appointment although we were on time. If we didn't have to deal with curtsey, this experience would have been 5 stars. Jada deserves a raise.”
“Clerks working throughout store were pleasant and helpful. Hugh selection for variety of ages (not just mature women!) Love their clearance racks and WOW specials. Checkout clerk had had a rude customer just before me in line; she was ruffled a bit but certainly didn't take it out on me!”
“This Belk store for just home items is always my go to store. It is always nicely stocked with such beautiful items, and they seem to always be having a sale on something. It is so nice to see Glenda (on the bedding side of the store) every time I come in. She is the sweetest lady to every single person who walks in the door. She epitomizes southern hospitality in the way she takes the time to chat with every person as she is checking them out. She does this while also keeping the line moving at an efficient pace. Not an easy thing to do. Please give Glenda a raise!”

I came in contact with 4 different people and all were kind and helpful. I don't normally experience this at Walmart. 1 or 2 employees might be kind but not everyone I come in contact with. “I love Macy's. I received my birthday reward & tried to use it in one department & it didn't work. I spoke with management & she directed me to a manager, Megan, who could assist. Megan was so accommodating & polite. She walked with me to customer service & asked Taylor if she would refund the initial transaction & process the transaction utilizing the reward. Taylor happily abliged. The transaction was corrected without so much ease & exceptional customer service. I was so pleased. This is the kind of service that affords repeat & repeat business. I was so elated, as I'm celebrating my birthday month. Thank you Megan & Taylor for taking such amazing care of me. It truly speaks volumes. I appreciated the manager who also took the time to get a manager to assist me.”

“The buffet was low on some items on buffet. They a little slow on refilling trays. To many children serving themselves while playing with food trays, they should be an adult with them to ensure good sanitation for other patrons.”
“Years ago I use to work at this target and 4 others across NC, TX and AK. I’ve shopped here every week for years and have never had any major problems for anything. Returns are easy peasy, I live the friendly faces and anytime I was in a rut, Target came through for me!! I love this store!! The online pick up orders, the 800 customer care line, every one is great SERIOUSLY <3 THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL YOU DO!! ❤️??♀️❤️
