Double Oaks Bed & Breakfast is a historic and charming haven offering tranquility and Southern comfort. The house is very pretty with gorgeous rooms, including a spacious and beautiful suite with an amazing clawfoot tub. It provides a perfect location, a walkable distance from the college, downtown, breweries, and restaurants. The attached coffee shop has an awesome, cool, and transported vibe with an atmosphere unlike anywhere in Greensboro. It serves fantastic, out-of-this-world quality coffee, delicious pastries, and amazing food like fritadas and breakfast sandwiches. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, accommodating, chatty, and nice, making everyone feel right at home and like a regular. Breakfast is made to order for guests, who also receive a free morning drink at the coffee shop. The setting is clean and well-kept. Guests consistently report a phenomenal and wonderful stay, vowing to return.

Didn’t stay the night here, but we stopped for coffee at their restaurant inside. The whole vibe was awesome. As a neurodivergent, queer couple, we felt right at home. The coffee was fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and it seemed to be really clean. We will definitely come back and stay here.
