“Didn’t stay the night here, but we stopped for coffee at their restaurant inside. The whole vibe was awesome. As a neurodivergent, queer couple, we felt right at home. The coffee was fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and it seemed to be really clean. We will definitely come back and stay here.”

“Really quaint and reasonably priced boutique hotel in downtown Greensboro. The hospitality is second to none. The nicest and warmest people work the front desk. The room is cozy and comfortable, and the location is perfect - just a seven minute walk to the Amtrak station. However, the age of the hotel is evident in the loose floorboards, cracked windowsill, and outside noise bleeding easily into the room. The bed is also very firm, and the TV is really small.”

“Check in desk was helpful. Our TV was not working. Let her know, amd she switched our room quickly and apologized for any hassel. This location is easy to find as well. Nice room. Comfortable upon entry, nice in the winter for it not to be an ice cube!”
“We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Ms.Mary at the front desk was very pleasant. She also signed me up to be a rewards member. Breakfast was decent. I have no complaints. “I’m tired of hotels that don’t offer a few complimentary bottles of water. I’ve been traveling, I’m thirsty, we all need water to survive and you claim you are in the hospitality business… give me a few bottles of water as I don’t want to drink water out of a bathroom faucet. Besides that the room was nice, the staff is friendly. The gym is dated but the pool goes in and out of the pool and looks really nice. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was good.”

“It's a good place to stop. You are close to a number of restaurants and if you're traveling down the highway and you need a place to go, a Hyatt is a good choice. The buffet is a step up. Try to avoid rooms facing the highway. Between the heater and cars it can get noisy.”

“What a wonderful hotel. The gorgeous wood everywhere softens the place and makes it feel less like a sterile hotel and more like a sophisticated bed and breakfast. I especially loved the details in the room--explanation cards meant that I did not have to guess about how to use the coffee pot or access the room service menu or turn on the TV. Staff were friendly and competent at every turn. I was staying at the hotel for business, but I would definitely return for vacation!”
