“Didn’t stay the night here, but we stopped for coffee at their restaurant inside. The whole vibe was awesome. As a neurodivergent, queer couple, we felt right at home. The coffee was fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and it seemed to be really clean. We will definitely come back and stay here.”

“Great location. Minutes from shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was soft and the room was nice and clean. The only negative was the loud construction going on. It was impossible to grab an afternoon nap! The breakfast buffet was plentiful with many options.”

“OMG! I am funny about where I lay my head. I am big on cleanliness and service. The staff at this hotel are AMAZING! The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful! The breakfast staff was just as friendly and the food was awesome! The cook even came out to ask how was everything. And did I say the cleanliness was a 20 out of 10? One of the cleanest Hilton properties I have ever stayed!
Our son goes to A&T and we have decided that this is our new “Go to” hotel when we come to move him in or just visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay”

“Our softball team played in Greensboro this weekend and we stayed at this hotel. Ty went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of! He held packages for us, checked in with us before he left, and was friendly and kind from the moment we walked in! Pool was great, room was clean, bed was comfy! We will stay here again!”

“You can tell that this hole caters to single night guests from the airport. There are no dressers to put clothes and no luggage holder to put your bags on to unload/load them.
Other than that, I would give it 5 stars.”

“I had a major booking issue and while I was talking to staff at the desk, behind the scenes, off to the side and listening in on our convo, Amari jumped into action and solved my problem in a minute. It was IMPRESSIVE. People don't think outside the box anymore and taking initiative without waiting for directions is not typical either. I am a bit late (it was a month 1/2 ago) in writing this review but she was so wonderful that I put it on a list to do. :)”

“We stayed here while in town for a soccer game, and after our first experience, there really wasn’t much of a question about where we wanted to stay when we came back.
During our previous visit, Angelica and the team went out of their way to make the stay special for my grandson. It clearly made an impression, because when we planned our return trip, he specifically asked if we could stay at the same hotel again because, in his words, “they did a great job and I want to thank them.”
That probably says more than anything I could write in a review.
Our return stay was another great experience. The hotel was comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and the level of care and hospitality really stood out. It’s easy for a hotel stay to simply be a place to sleep while you’re in town, but the people here made it part of the memory of the trip itself.
A special thank you to Angelica and everyone who helped make our visits so enjoyable. Small gestures and genuine kindness can mean a lot, especially to kids, and your team definitely made an impact on ours.
We’ll absolutely keep this hotel at the top of our list whenever we’re back in the area.”

“After staying 1 night of 2 at motel NW across the street that was terrible, 3 of us came here. Lady was sweet but can't remember her name. I wanted to book in person but was told to go online so ding 1 star for that. Tried booking online, wasn't working so go back and she and Ladonna helped in getting a great room for the night. Ladonna showed me a great room that was then able to book in person. Hot breakfast was OK but could use couple more items. Would definitely recommend.”

“From the minute, I was greeted by Natasha at the desk. I felt like I was at home. She was so friendly professional and made sure everything in my room was efficient before I checked in. It’s an older building and they’re working on it making it look as nice as they can, but it’s bug free and crime free the pool is an operable at this moment which kind was upsetting cause I want to use the pool, but they are working on that as well. Recommended highly breakfast in the morning was great lots of good choices and friendly staff even the manager Edward super friendly”

“I've had the privilege of staying at the O.Henry Hotel many times over the years and would give it 5 stars on everything, without hesitation. On my most recent visit, I was in town for the sad occasion of my brother's funeral and was so pleased that they accommodated my request for an early check-in so that I could get settled before the funeral. I ordered room service later that night and it arrived quickly, with everything still warm and delicious. I couldn't recommend the O.Henry more highly.”
