“Huge shoutout to Sierra and the male employee (whose name I didn’t catch) for going above and beyond today! A kitten had gotten stuck in the undercarriage of a vehicle right off the intersection in front of the store. They rescued the kitten safely and quickly before promptly returning back to work. Both of them had SUCH positive and friendly attitudes as well as just being capable and efficient in getting the kitten out. They were fantastic representatives of the store and we can’t thank them enough.”

“I LOVE Terrell! He fixed my phone iPhone 11 Two times! I have brought my broken iPhone here 3 times unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the firs guy but…. I love him also! They are GREAT at what they do and…. they are fast!!!!! I was skeptical the first time getting my eye phone fixed because my daughter brought it here without my consent. When she brought it back, I didn’t have face recognition and it wasn’t coming up, but…. I blame my negative thoughts because it later came on, and all the functions. Now the 2nd and third time ….. I had the MAN, the SPECIALIST TERRELL fix it and…. EVERYTHING was working just FINE as soon as he handed it back to Me. So…. If you have issues with your phone I recommend going to Terrell and allowing his MAGIC touch to do what he does, to give you back your phone looking brand new and ALL information in tact! and working PERFECTLY!
