“Warren helped us at the Verizon Elton Way location, and he was absolutely amazing!!!! We took up quite a bit of his time, and he stayed patient, understanding, and helpful the entire time. His customer service is truly the BEST! He never pressured me into a sale and was honest with me, which in my experience is rare. He even helped me lower my bill. If you need a new phone, have any questions, or want someone who actually listens and cares, Warren is your guy!! I highly recommend him.”
“I forgot the name of the lady but she was the manager & she was Hispanic my phone broke and I had been on the phone with customer service all morning I went to a AT&T store 5 mins away from me and they said they couldn’t do anything finally they told me to go to this location and I traveled almost 40 mins to it the moment I got there the manager helped me and made sure I didn’t leave till she fixed my phone issue she was patient and very helpful top tier customer service it took 3 hours but at the end she was able to fix my account and transfer my phone number 100/10 customer service i will 100% travel to this store in the future for any future upgrades or phone services she needs a raise!”

“I LOVE Terrell! He fixed my phone iPhone 11 Two times! I have brought my broken iPhone here 3 times unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the firs guy but…. I love him also! They are GREAT at what they do and…. they are fast!!!!! I was skeptical the first time getting my eye phone fixed because my daughter brought it here without my consent. When she brought it back, I didn’t have face recognition and it wasn’t coming up, but…. I blame my negative thoughts because it later came on, and all the functions. Now the 2nd and third time ….. I had the MAN, the SPECIALIST TERRELL fix it and…. EVERYTHING was working just FINE as soon as he handed it back to Me. So…. If you have issues with your phone I recommend going to Terrell and allowing his MAGIC touch to do what he does, to give you back your phone looking brand new and ALL information in tact! and working PERFECTLY!
