Then he took my phone and transfered the data to a new phone I brought with me. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience in a situation that would ordinarily have caused us stress. Thank you, Bruno, I am going to adopt you as my grandson! ?”

“I had some issues with my other phone carrier (no names mentioned!!) so we decided to switch to ATT. It was busy when we got there but we we greeted immediately by a gentleman who said he’d be right with us he was just finishing up with another client. We spent an hour with the sales person Robert King. He went through our bill throughly so we understood our new plan. My mother is older and he was so kind to her making sure she understood her new device. We had such a great experience I send all my friends to Robert and ATT. Thank you Robert!!!”

“So I ended up here bc TMobile was awful customer services. See their Yelp review for why. But J'uan Wall needs a promotion. He was patient and explained everything and got me the best deal and bang for my buck. He was true to his word and representations bc I had to order stuff. And he was full service. The plans for cells are good for the family plans. And I am a loyal account. If you feel like just another piece of paper/account to your cell phone provider, don't do it. Just give Verizon a try.”

“I LOVE Terrell! He fixed my phone iPhone 11 Two times! I have brought my broken iPhone here 3 times unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the firs guy but…. I love him also! They are GREAT at what they do and…. they are fast!!!!! I was skeptical the first time getting my eye phone fixed because my daughter brought it here without my consent. When she brought it back, I didn’t have face recognition and it wasn’t coming up, but…. I blame my negative thoughts because it later came on, and all the functions. Now the 2nd and third time ….. I had the MAN, the SPECIALIST TERRELL fix it and…. EVERYTHING was working just FINE as soon as he handed it back to Me. So…. If you have issues with your phone I recommend going to Terrell and allowing his MAGIC touch to do what he does, to give you back your phone looking brand new and ALL information in tact! and working PERFECTLY! THANK YOU Terrell for being my WalkingAngel (friend in time of need) and fixing my iPhone 11 AGAIN! You do fantastic work!!!!! And…. I do LOVE YOU for fixing it and allowing me to keep my memories and important information safe! Terrell is in the Four Season Mall on the 2nd floor.- make sure you go see him.”

“This store is great. It's my go to ATT store in Greensboro. I made the mistake of trying out the Friendly location and got HUSTLED there, but the team at the Battleground store fixed that for me and validated that the other store was obviously just trying to pad their numbers to add lines (they said it way more professionally than that, but still).In addition to that, the wait times are so much better. I got seen immediately, while in Friendly Center it took an hour.The team is very transparent and knowledgeable.”
