“Omg this place is literally what it says it is. They have fresh candies u can buy old fashioned style, like jelly beans or chocolate covered coffee/Expresso beans. They have a fresh bakery, tarts doughnuts cakes and pies. U can make ur own almond butter Walnut , cashew , butters for real it grinds up ur fresh nuts into a 1/2 lb 1 lb tub. Ok so what else, juices dried fruits and candies. Stuff I didn't even know I wanted to try. And it's also a usual grocery store ur dairies and meats. But so much merchandise u never see at other markets or grocery vendors. A wider more desirable provision of foods and confections.”

“Best meat market ive been to since i been living here love this store. They have great deals and i can always find something new to try here. I also love how they promote small businesses with selling their products. They have a guaranteed shopper with me”
“I go to sprouts every week when my kids attend gymnastics at little gym, we like to pick up bakery goods like muffins, or rotisserie chicken for a quick dinner (it’s delicious!), or I get sushi, or chocolate covered nuts from their snack area (I love they have such a nice variety of treats, and even have a clearance area near the restrooms that has good treats or coffee on mark down!). The cashiers are always nice and I like there’s a small eating area and two tables outside (though there is sometimes people smoking at those tables so I usually just eat inside).
The general prices are higher than say food lion, but I like there’s selection of more natural based or organic choices and interesting specialty items or items for dietary restrictions. For example, they have a decent selection of gluten-free baked goods.”

“New in Winston Salem and happy to find a Filipino store that's just 30 mins drive from our city. This store has huge selection of items even the rare ones. Owner is also very kind and accommodating. The thing I like the most is that they have lots of frozen products to choose from. Price is also very reasonable”

“I love that this grocery store is always clean and well stocked. Their best, most welcoming and helpful folks work the butcher counter, the bakery, and the produce. Their worst are at the coffee station. Which is a pity because their coffee is great!”
“This is my absolute favorite place to get tacos but I will say there is one cashier who is AWFUL! The younger ladies are extremely nice but this older, middle aged lady, is so rude every time I come in. Today she got my order completely wrong and laughed about it with the kitchen staff and then when my order was done (the second time) she tossed my order to me and didn’t even look at me. This place is definitely 5 stars but I gave 4 simply because of her nasty attitude. Wish I had her name.”

“If you like muffins, this place has amazing muffins the size of a small dog's head. Many amazing flavors available, including what seem to be seasonal ones.
The store itself is almost always clean, and the selection is always great to choose from product wise.
The only major gripe I have with this store isn't anything they do, but more an effect from a service they offer.
The bar, while solid in theory, has attracted a rather awful crowd of human beings that I have overheard constantly mistreating and verbally abusing the bartender.
They also raise the noise level of any area they dwell in (Not limited to the bar area) by a multitude of levels. The topics overheard are not usually ones most folks would care to hear, either.
My personal favorite is when they get a drink in hand and wander the store solo, or in pairs, still chugging that drink like it might run away any at moment like the child that went off to college and never calls now.
They leave trash all over the store, and they constantly abuse and mistreat the workers there. Being bumped into by people near the bar area or the bakery where they like to post up on the benches is never fun, as they look at you like you kicked their puppy.
If you read this, and you are guilty of the above, please understand that we judge you for being terrible humans who feel the need to treat service workers like garbage while you get tipsy and perhaps even drunk at a Lowe's Foods. Do better.
That being said, I know and understand not everyone is guilty of the above, and the employees are saints for dealing with that and still maintaining the friendliness they do.

“I am giving this location a 5 star review for the cashier name Bril, and her alone. She is a blessing to this store and a testament to quality customer service. I currently do Instacart to supplement my income and so I visit a lot of stores in the Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Jamestown, and Winston-Salem area and alot of them are Harris Teeters. There is not a single time that I have come to this location and Bril didn't greet me with a smile, ask me how I was doing, promptly get customers through the line, bag the items properly by temperature and never break from excellent, white glove customer service. I mean never. I complimented her to the manager, however, I feel like she deserves a Google review and I will contact corporate. Exemplary customer service has declined so much over the years. I've been in this store and encountered managers who weren't as willing to help as she is. She is a true testament to excellent customer service and a true blessing to this location. Thank you Bril for always being so kind, so helpful, and just a pleasure to encounter.”
“I love whole foods market. Always neat and clean. A little on the pricey side but everything is always fresh with a large variety to choose from. Today I tried the family prepared meal. Wasn't sure what to expect but I chose Salmon 1/2 teriyaki and 1/2 herb (because it was my 1st time). My sides were broccoli salad and dumplings. Most veggies were not available but that's okay. I will arrive early next time. It was excellent, the food tasted good, we loved it and I will try it again. Customer service at the counter was amazing. Thank you for your patience, it all looked so good initially I had trouble choosing. Please try the family prepared meals. Excellent value for a family.”
“I am only giving this store a 5 star review because of my customer service experience with Marian. She is a testament to quality, memorable customer service. She always greets the customers, even when she is away from the register, she is always friendly, I have not had a single bad experience encountering her and she is a blessing to this store. The last few weeks have been so chaotic due to the ice and snow storms, and she handled everything with grace. She quickly and efficiently checks out the customers, she always has a smile on her face even under pressure and she is always, always KIND! Excellent customer service is a dying art, and to encounter someone who exemplified excellent customer service, a friendly attitude, peace in the storm made for a memorable customer service experience that wiped away all the other bad ones I had and I've had a few here. She is the best thing that happened to this store and I say that as an Instacart shopper who shops many orders here and a customer who ended up shopping here only because of her. Thank you Marian for all that you do.”
“I always use the grocery pick up at this ALDIs. My orders are always fulfilled on time and they are often ready in advance of my alloted time. If I can't get by early, they keep them refrigerated and ready to go when I arrive in my pickup window. My orders have always been fulfilled correctly with the right substitutions if something is out of stock. And if something is not available it is adjusted on the invoice.”

“I am giving a 5 star review to this store primarily for Ennasence who gave me one of the most memorable customer care experiences. I appreciate her so much, not just for great customer service, but also for thinking ahead and meeting a need I didn't even realize I needed for an Instacart order. I was checking out for 3 members, and one order was an in store pick up. She effortlessly bagged it in paper and I didn't have to ask her to separate the items by Frozen, Fridge, Shelf, etc.. and she even told me how many bags I had for each as I was going to the staging area. When I say excellent customer service, ahead of the game and was friendly the entire encounter even with lines backed down the aisle. She was working at a fast pace that allowed each customer to be appreciated but was getting people in and out the line doing her part to help this store run efficiently. I complimented her to the manager while I was in store, I just needed to go the extra mile for her as she went for me, because this was a white glove, memorable, exemplary customer service experience and I am grateful for her and her hard work. Thank you Ennasence.”

“I have been shopping at food lion for a long time and I have never seen any produce that looks as good as the produce at the Holden Rd Food Lion. It is comparable to the produce at Harris Teetee and Whole Foods. The produce manager was very nice and helpful, I truly loved her energy and I will only purchase my fruit and vegetables from here because it is always clean and fresh. I have my family and friends shopping here as well and they agree the fruit and vegetables are excellent and way better than all the other stores. I appreciate this being a vegetarian and hope that it stays this way for the foreseeable future…”

“I stopped by at this store Saturday morning to pick up some fruits and vegetables on our way out of town on a camping trip. I had to get something out of one of my external storage compartments. While in a traffic slowdown on I40 west of Asheville the car next to me told me one of my storage doors was open. I had taken a few things out at Harris Teeter and forgot to put them back in and close the door. So I called the store (about 4 hours later) and was lucky enough to talk to the store manger. He listened to my dilemma and said he would go out and look to see if the contents of my storage compartment was still in his parking lot. About 15 minutes later he called my back and said he had found my stuff and would hold it until I returned next Friday. That’s service! It’s a tribute to the high quality individuals employed by Harris Teeter.”
“This is a great spot to pick up local food and drink from a local business. The store is clean, well organized and the employees notice you and ask how they can help. They have a very large selection of NC and regional craft beers from all your favorite breweries such as Southend, Oden, Foothills, etc. Yesterday I was looking for a great new red wine to try and used their descriptions and ratings. I was really pleased with the Ferrari red I chose and felt they were spot on.”

“We were in the area and stopped in here. The store is very clean and the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming! The produce and meats look very fresh. They have some unique products. (Thanksgiving flavored potato chips and pumpkin spice wine cocktail) The prices are reasonable. Easy to get to and plenty of parking spaces.”
