Very unprofessional. Very rude. Very discriminatory. Vets shouldn’t be in business if they aren’t able to take all animals. Or if they wanna upcharge just for fun. Terrible experience once the only vet that apparently was equipped enough to be a vet and not to discriminate on animals left.

Every time I’ve come to this place for a checkup, I’m always waiting at least 30 minutes over the appointment time. What is the point of the appointment if that’s not the time I’ll be seen? They also only have curbside so good luck finding a spot to park with everyone else waiting late as well.

I have been looking for a good vet in the triad. They were caring and knowledgeable and worked me in same day without an appointment for my older cat who was having seizures. Other places would not even give us the time of day. Their prices were good too. I highly recommend this awesome team
