Guitar Center is a large music shop with a huge selection of amps, drums, keyboards, recording gear, DJ equipment, lighting, and more from top brands. The stock is abundant, featuring both new and used instruments. It is one of the very few music shops in the area. The personnel are often described as friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and nice. Parking is available in a large lot with handicap spaces. However, some experiences are mixed. Trying an instrument can be difficult when other customers are blasting during sound checks, leading to suggestions for a posted "code of respect" at try-out stations. Some used instruments are noted as dirty or missing strings. While the help is present, it is sometimes not very helpful, with staff occasionally needing more product knowledge. There are also occasional issues with in-store pickup orders being ignored or delayed, despite the policy being for same-day pickup.
