“This is the most darling plant shop I have ever stepped foot in. Positively magical. Plants perched on almost every display. They offer a large selection of house plants all of which are well cared for and displayed in potential pots. The plants are just nestled inner pot inside an outer pot so if you prefer a different pot you can swap. They also have an impressive selection of stationary, stickers, greetings cards, gifts, and much more. Suzanne was a delight to talk with. I had several questions and she graciously answered them all. I adore this shop and honestly cannot wait to visit again.”

I am wildly impressed with the response I received to my previous review. It was professional and directly addressed my concerns. It genuinely feels more like reasoning rather than excuses. They gave their reasoning and politely asked I remove my review and with the level of professionalism and honesty I have no problem changing my review to reflect positively.
First time going to check out the store, hours listed on Google say 7 but the door was locked right in front of me at 6 as I went to walk in. Employee didn’t even give me an apologetic wave or acknowledge that the stores hours are not correct online”
“It seems we are always here for about an hour or so. There are so many items to look at and they have free coffee and tea as you walk into the store. They are playing Christmas music now and it's not Thanksgiving. I loved it. Will be back several more times before Christmas.”

“I dealt with Diane. She's knowledgeable and helpful. She knows her products and everything about what's in her store. Most importantly, she's not pushy. I sat in two chairs (repeatedly) and will return next week to buy one.
Diane was out the day I decided to pull the trigger and called. So I worked with Lawrence. He added a swivel mechanism to the chair. Then, we agreed on a price and bought the chair that Diane had worked with us on.
Delivery was quick and efficient. Our Harbor Town swivel rocker recliner is now in its new residence. Think I'll go take a nap.”
“Fantastic. Take the whole day and bring your wallet. Gorgeous displays, curating, periods. Lots for the Arts and Crafts or Art Nouveau / Deco periods. Found a sweet L&JG Stickley tabouret. Nice MCM too. My favorite store so far in this region. Pricey? Maybe, but some negotiation possible. This place is a step up, but still affordable. Compared to modern furniture stores, you're getting history and beauty for a bargain.”

“This place is fabulous - wonderful, talented staff and reasonably priced for their high quality workmanship. They salvaged a gorgeous mirror for me that had broken and repaired a painted section and glass on top so the damage is not detectable. They are magicians and the nicest people to work with on top of it all!”
“We had flooring from LL installed 15 years ago when we moved into our townhouse. Held up very well with a kid and dog over the years but we wanted a change. Fast forward 15 years later and the refresh looks amazing! Scratch resistant and waterproof much better than the old floor ever was. Installation was very fast start to finish only took 2 and a half hours.

“Absolutely fantastic prices compared to Home Depot and Lowes and even better customer service! My order was short a couple of handles and Cheryl from Flying Bulldogs responded to my email on a Sunday evening. She resolved the issue and first thing Monday sent the handles via FedEx. No issues, just GREAT customer service. Highly recommend and I will definitely be using Flying Bulldogs again in the future.”

“My 84 yr old mother and I purchased 2 lamps AND received the best, kindest customer service from Pam and Brittany. Pam helped assemble the lamps from the box. She got a chair for my mother who needed a rest. And, she helped me carry the lamps to my car! Brittany solved a tricky part of the assembly and sealed the sale for us! The experience brought much needed light to my mother's home and light to my heart.”
“Wow!! I visited the Carriage House for the first time yesterday. What a beautifully merchandised collectibles and antiques shop. I have shopped so many antique and consignment shops in Greensboro, but I have never been here before. Firstly, it is not consignment. There are individual dealers in separate booths. It is a bit more consistently upscale then the other places I have been to, but that does not take away from the sheer pleasure of browsing. I would say it is moderately priced items and not the type of antique shop you are afraid to bump into something for fear of damaging something irreplaceable. I guess it really depends on your pocket book. Something's I found very affordable, something's were just out of my reach. They have smalls, furniture, decor and lovely oil paintings. I love ceramics so I enjoyed looking at lovely plates and colorful ginger jars. Wherever you looked, there was something interesting to see. The dealers just have magnificent taste in their collections and in how they merchandise their wares. There is a large parking lot in front. Just go and have fun. That's what we did!”

He suggested having my daughter sign up for perks for a discount, and he helped us fold our giant carpet so it would fit in our car. I left the store thinking to myself, I want to be as kind as him.”
“Called Floor & Decor Greensboro, NC. I live in Southport, NC however the person at the Pro desk was so professional I decided to drive the 200 mile to look over the store. Rufus was so professional on the phone and helpful. We went back again to purchase all the wood flooring for a new construction in Southport, NC. “I love Ross but them keeping the Fitting room closed most of the time, and with just two cabins up front open, is crazy. Sometimes, you have to wait 30+min in line to get to try one item, then another 30+min in line to get to the register to pay. Last few times I returned items I considered purchasing because of the Fitting room wait time. Originally, I thought this is due to not having enough employees but they are doing it in all stores, so it seems more like some higher-up ridiculous idea that they thought would be good.
As far as items you can find there and prices, I think it's great place to go to, just try to find less busy time so you spend less time waiting on available Fitting room cabin.”

Nina had an extra bow at home and offered to bring it in, but instead I was able return the damaged pair and have a replacement pair shipped to me for free (and at a lower price since the pants were on sale!).”
