We made another purchase this morning and once again the staff was very pleasant to work with and assisted with all my questions!”

Needed to pick up a storm door; an associate grabbed a cart for me to put the door on it, let me check out back in that section so that I could stroll right out to the parking lot with ease.”
“I had a positive experience at The Home Depot on S. Elm Eugene in Greensboro, NC on February 12, 2026. I must admit that I love hardware stores and could spend hours in any one of them. As an older woman, most people find it surprising that I do most home repairs myself so I sometimes feel overlooked. However, the employees at The Home Depot were very helpful, answering all my questions and directing me to where I needed to go. I had no problem finding someone to help me. Parking was no problem. I ended up with a couple of items I needed to repair HVAC ducts. Thank to The Home Depot for their help.”
