Lowe's Home Improvement is a popular hardware supply store known for its wide selection and generally competitive prices. Customers often praise the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, who go out of their way to assist shoppers in finding what they need. However, some reviewers note that the service can vary between different store locations, with the Battleground store sometimes struggling to keep up with high customer volume. While the hardware selection is generally good, a few customers have expressed a desire for more metric nuts and bolts, as well as certain home appliances like pressure cookers. Overall, Lowe's is a go-to destination for many homeowners and DIY enthusiasts, offering a solid shopping experience with knowledgeable staff.
Went again and there was the nicest cashier God bless her she made my day. Thanks!

Excellent visit with needed supplies, no employee help offered at all in store. One exception was when I self checked out. The employee up front was very kind..

Home Depot is about 10 minutes closer to my house, but Lowe's, especially the Battleground location, is worth the drive. Excellent customer service and 100% of the time have the items I need for every job.
