“I lost my iPhone in Mexico and needed to get a replacement. I called the New Garden Rd location in Greensboro NC and a very nice young lady named Sydney Newton answered the phone. I went over and in no time she found ways for me to improve my services for my 5 family phones, improved my military discount, got me a new iPhone that cost very little, and saved me a little money each month to boot!! I highly reccomend Sydney to anyone needing to get some help from Verizon.”

“Visiting the PYRAMID VILLAGE LOCATION was the BEST experience I've had with an AT&T store in house Customer Service EVER!!! I walked in and explained to him what the issue was with my phone. The MANAGER Anthony, was NOT ONLY helpful with getting strait to the point with my issue and how to resolve it. He was also giving me insight on other devices, addressing concerns, being willing to help if I have further questions after purchase, explaining the run down on how the trade value works and WHY it's that way. He did all of this while dealing with an issue with an employee. He remained focused as much as he could and helpful. Other stores I've felt like I was bothering them or an inconvenience to them to do their job. I would HIGHLY recommend this store and will go back as needed as long as he's there! Thank You for the GREAT Customer Service that seems to be a lost art and companies no longer care about training their employees in??”

“Thanks to a very nice sweet young Lady named Ashley for taking the time and being patient helping me with issues I was having with my phone trying to upload photos to my computer. I've been doing it for many years but for whatever reason I couldn't get it to work. She checked my phone to see if perhaps I had done something in the settings that wasn't allowing me to and wrote down what to do. I went home and did the first thing she had written down and it worked.I appreciate her so much for her awesome help and excellent customer service, I think she's the best. “I LOVE Terrell! He fixed my phone iPhone 11 Two times! I have brought my broken iPhone here 3 times unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the firs guy but…. I love him also! They are GREAT at what they do and…. they are fast!!!!! I was skeptical the first time getting my eye phone fixed because my daughter brought it here without my consent. When she brought it back, I didn’t have face recognition and it wasn’t coming up, but…. I blame my negative thoughts because it later came on, and all the functions. Now the 2nd and third time ….. I had the MAN, the SPECIALIST TERRELL fix it and…. EVERYTHING was working just FINE as soon as he handed it back to Me. So…. If you have issues with your phone I recommend going to Terrell and allowing his MAGIC touch to do what he does, to give you back your phone looking brand new and ALL information in tact! and working PERFECTLY! THANK YOU Terrell for being my WalkingAngel (friend in time of need) and fixing my iPhone 11 AGAIN! You do fantastic work!!!!! And…. We had a terrible experience at the location on Friendly Center, it's a book if you want to read it.
Payne was helpful over the phone when I called him, and invited us down. He was able to resolve an issue that took 3 days, and many hours to not get a resolve at the Friendly Center. He was very professional, and helpful. He had another customer come in, at the same time. He was able to help both of us quickly, and found out ways to help save us money, and get better service. He took AMAZING care of us!! I can't thank you enough for making a bad situation awesome! Nice, and kind through the whole process.
