“Delasia patiently and professionally assisted in resolving an issue I had with my account. This took over 90 minutes and she was a pure pleasure to work with!!! This was my eight attempt to resolve this. If Delasia was working for me, I would give her a raise to keep her!”

“I like to come to this cricket store they have great customer service and are super nice and have so many cases and accessories I highly recommend coming here.”
“This store does an amazing job, the young man Luis, who assisted me was personable, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, gave great customer service, answered all of the questions I needed thoroughly and efficiently. What a breath of fresh air versus trying to deal with a bunch of bots with their competitors. Keep doing business like this AT&T. You will have the market if people keep going the direction of robots.”
“They come to your home! Yahniya and LJ gave me great customer service. They came to my house to set up my phone, watch and Wi Fi. I had to have the gateway sent to me, and Yahniya texted me to make sure I got it and to set up an appointment. LJ helped troubleshoot issues, and showed me all the workings of the app. I am pleased with the service, and thrilled that AT&T hired some excellent customer service reps!”
