“I brought my cat into the store as part of an effort to socialize him more, and the two staff members were incredibly helpful and engaging. It’s clear they’re there because they genuinely care about animals, not just for a paycheck. While the prices are a bit higher than what you might find online, I love supporting local businesses—especially one that helps rehome animals. They also carry a much better selection of healthy food brands for both cats and dogs compared to typical pet stores. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
“Walked in and was greeted by friendly staff as soon as I was through the door. Very clean and nice looking store. Aquariums for some of the cleanest I've ever seen in a pet store. They had a nice selection of goldfish including orandas which is what I was looking for. Large supply of different goods. We will definitely go back again.”

“A very nice selection of dog and cat food products with a nice focus on quality selection. Staff have always been willing to help and be friendly. They have a nice rewards program when you buy a select amount of dog food or cat food bags, and you get a free one. Have pet cleaning facilities and parking is allocated near the front.”

Not only was I greeted with an enthusiastic Yes, the team then iflled my truck with so much dog and cat food! I need to Acknowledge Jada and Nate for helping make it possible for the little innocent ones to be fed one more day during this fiercely terrifying time. “I don’t have a very food motivated dog and decided the try these when I saw them in a bakery, and she loved them. The peanut butter barkers are the only treat that she is willing to work for. This has been a lifesaver with training and I’m so glad these are available.”
“Ok so I didn't come here for the PetSmart but I love that PetSmart has an adoption day. One of the best I've ever been to. Very organized and Penny from Juliet's house was amazing. We drove an hour and a half to pick up two kittens. I love PetSmart as a whole. I love the perks and all the variety of grain free food they offer for cats as they are carnivore animals and grain is not typical in their diet, but I digress. The cashier was lovely and the only one open. She was busy to say the least but still had a smile on her face.”

“Started bringing my dog in to this location (further drive) instead of the Bridford Pkwy location after a couple of bad experiences and I would definitely reccomend them! The groomers Jaheim and Red have taken care of my pup and did a great job! They brush him soooo well and that’s the main thing he always needs. The staff is always awesome.”
“I know people have their opinions about this, mostly negative, however, although it was an awkward set up. The staff was amazing and kind with our dog, tried to interact with him as best they could, they were understanding for our reason of not being able to access his past medical records, the girl checking us in was not only thorough, but very helpful when we had questions. Yeah, sure, it’s an awkward set up, but anywhere else, you’d be paying probably double for what you get here! For what it is, it’s worth it imo. I’m glad my dogs first adult vaccines since being a puppy were here, I was nervous it might be a bad experience but it was quite the opposite. Thank you to the staff!!”
“I purchased a Yorkshire Terrier on 4/12/24 the store named him Yoshi his new name is Symba. I have all his records and he is also registered with American Canine Association (ACA). I want to share my great experience with this store and the staff. Reading the reviews I almost didn’t come by to check them out, I had a bad experience with purchasing a yorkipoo from a breeder (long story short my dog had past I only had her for 4 days and she was 8wks. My kids and I were traumatized, I put out a lot of money and had to get attorneys involved so I was hesitant about going through this again. However my girls were ready for another dog and I kept calling Friendly pets and looking on their Facebook account for Yorkshire Terriers). I’m so glad I didn’t just go based off the reviews. My experience was great!! I was able to do puppy play time for 10 minutes, the staff was so knowledgeable, very nice although I don’t remember the guy name (maybe Andrew) and the owner son everyone made me feel welcome or didn’t mind answering questions. Shoutouts to Sheena she is the store manager she was very knowledgeable, patient with me, she made me feel absolutely comfortable with asking all the questions I had. She explained everything in detail (all of his records and paperwork) not one time did she seem annoyed or aggravated with me. They even groomed him before I left with him and they give you coupons. We are so in love with Symba, he’s a happy dog, so full of life and energy. He does well with my daughters, it took no time for him to adjust to his new home with us. He’s very active and we love him so much. If you’re looking for a new puppy please try them out the reviews will have you nervous at first but go experience them for yourself you’ll be happy you did. I will definitely be purchasing from Friendly Pet again. Here are so pictures of Symba.”

“Great atmosphere. We were greeted when we entered. I was in the area so I decided to stop and get some items for my bun babe. I was able to find the majority of what I needed. It was definitely a great experience. The young men working were extremely helpful. Unfortunately nowadays it seems like young people don't value work and their attitudes show HOWEVER that was not the case at All pets considered!! Thanks again!! And if I'm in that area again and need bun supplies I will definitely stop.”
