“I am giving this location a 5 star review for the cashier name Bril, and her alone. She is a blessing to this store and a testament to quality customer service. I currently do Instacart to supplement my income and so I visit a lot of stores in the Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Jamestown, and Winston-Salem area and alot of them are Harris Teeters. There is not a single time that I have come to this location and Bril didn't greet me with a smile, ask me how I was doing, promptly get customers through the line, bag the items properly by temperature and never break from excellent, white glove customer service. I mean never. I complimented her to the manager, however, I feel like she deserves a Google review and I will contact corporate. Exemplary customer service has declined so much over the years. I've been in this store and encountered managers who weren't as willing to help as she is. She is a true testament to excellent customer service and a true blessing to this location. Thank you Bril for always being so kind, so helpful, and just a pleasure to encounter.”
“I am giving a 5 star review to this store primarily for Ennasence who gave me one of the most memorable customer care experiences. I appreciate her so much, not just for great customer service, but also for thinking ahead and meeting a need I didn't even realize I needed for an Instacart order. I was checking out for 3 members, and one order was an in store pick up. She effortlessly bagged it in paper and I didn't have to ask her to separate the items by Frozen, Fridge, Shelf, etc.. and she even told me how many bags I had for each as I was going to the staging area. When I say excellent customer service, ahead of the game and was friendly the entire encounter even with lines backed down the aisle. She was working at a fast pace that allowed each customer to be appreciated but was getting people in and out the line doing her part to help this store run efficiently. I complimented her to the manager while I was in store, I just needed to go the extra mile for her as she went for me, because this was a white glove, memorable, exemplary customer service experience and I am grateful for her and her hard work. Thank you Ennasence.”

“I stopped by at this store Saturday morning to pick up some fruits and vegetables on our way out of town on a camping trip. I had to get something out of one of my external storage compartments. While in a traffic slowdown on I40 west of Asheville the car next to me told me one of my storage doors was open. I had taken a few things out at Harris Teeter and forgot to put them back in and close the door. So I called the store (about 4 hours later) and was lucky enough to talk to the store manger. He listened to my dilemma and said he would go out and look to see if the contents of my storage compartment was still in his parking lot. About 15 minutes later he called my back and said he had found my stuff and would hold it until I returned next Friday. That’s service! It’s a tribute to the high quality individuals employed by Harris Teeter.”
“Love this pharmacy. You can go there for free harm reduction supplies. Free Narcan or naloxone. Just walk-in and ask. No prescription needed. If someone in your family is struggling with addiction; it is definitely worth your while to stop by and get supplies, as much as needed for no cost, no prescription needed. If you are in need these guys will help you.”

“It is a blizzard in Gboro today. I went to the Lawndale Harris Teeter and of course the shelves have been raided. Their manager, Gerald, was very helpful to me by showing me where to locate one item and getting me a 12 pack of soda from the back. They were very busy but still on point. “Nice clean store with fully stocked shelves, plenty of variety, and speedy checkout. The deli section could benefit from a few more choices and the prices are a bit higher than the competition, but that is due to a better staff and cleaner store. Bathrooms were fresh and well kept and the cashier was all smiles.”

“Friday afternoon, 5:15pm, I arrived for a Covid and flu vaccine. Out the door in 20 minutes, it only took that long because of some medication consults. Amazing. At Walgreens or CVS, I’ve waited an hour to get a vaccine.”

“So we decided to go to Costco and what a great surprise that it is not crowded. Usually I get anxiety from Costco and it was great to know that we could get in out. Love, love, the southern hospitality at this Costco. We're from California so it's pretty cool to visit other Costco's. We ordered pizza ,a hot dog ,and drinks. There was literally no line and no kiosk to pre-order like California. Our only complaint was the pizza. The cheese was burned and it look like there was little sausages on there. We asked for another slice and we were told that all of their pizzas were like that. However, they did offer us to refund which we declined. We just took the burned pizza and rolled with it. All in all a great experience. Thank you Costco”

I drive from afar to this location because my local walmart stopped having any open register, and they are all self checkout. I refuse to use self checkout when buying large quantity of products, like weekly groceries because that is what cashiers are for. Unless they are going to pay me or give me a substantial discount I do not see why I should do the job of their cashiers while the actual employees talk amongst themselves or stand there smiling; there were many employees up front just standing by the self checkout. I have not applied to be empoleed by walmart, why are they forcing the customer to do a cashier's job. It is ridiculous that on a Saturday afternoon when most people go buy groceries, they can't have at least one register open. This is not the first time this happens.”
“I use this pharmacy a lot. The pharmacists are always great. Patient and helpful. The front counter people can be a little harried because they are very busy but they are generally kind and helpful.”
“My W. Wendover store takes very good care of me. From the front to Pharmacy and staff. Love being able to get my vaccines there also. The on going concern I have is with the lack of cleanliness of the parking lot and landscaping. Right of major interstate and across from high end shopping center that always looks great. I have shared this concern at least 6 or 7 times. Curb appeal still counts.”
“Thank god to the bigger Spanish guy that swapped out my battery 10 mins before closing at Sam’s Club in Greensboro , he’s not the manager but he was super nice to me and my mom in our time of desperate need , SAMS CLUB , please give this man a raise , we showed up at 6:40 , February 24TH 2026

“I had an issue with my bill. I had talked to someone there, and I was told all my medications would be free. I ended up getting a bill for my medications. I called to pay the bill. Michelle answered and immediately saw the mistake. Michelle went above and beyond what her job requires. Michelle went through my medications from last year. She fixed everything that was wrong with how I was being billed, because of Michelle, I went from owing Genoa to having credit with them. Michelle was AMAZING!! We need more people like Michelle in the work force. Michelle, thank you again, you're awesome.”
