“They have a lot of sales so they're forth they don't keep a lot of things stocked like the pepsis and mountain dews for example if you buy two cases you get three free or certain days of the week but how do you keep up with that if you don't have the Pepsi man bring it enough in the cover the demand you may go there and they may only be two or three options as people pick through also the produce used to be beautiful maybe summer time coming around it'll be better overall the stores okay it takes a long time for me to find things in this store because of the way the setup is One thing maybe at this end and the other thing is on the other side of the other”

“We went here to get some sandwich meats from the deli, Rachael waited on us and Oh what a great experience. She is so friendly and personable. Rachael sliced our deli meats to perfection. It has been a minute since we've had a person of such good character and sincere attitude serve our needs at a grocery store. Harris Teeter is fortunate to have her in their employment. Before departing we share a personal thought regarding my longevity of 33 years being married and when asked what do we attribute this unusual length of time in this modern era, we shared our our faith in putting God first and everything else will fall into place. Rachael is special especially to our Lord. Thanks for the great service Rachael.”

“I have debated writing this review for a while because honestly I don't want to share the fact that I finally found a good pharmacy. I transferred from using both Brian Jordan & MainChester (I could go into a novel about how bag these locations are even though i hash gone to them for years previous to this review) locations and now drive all the way across town to this pharmacy across from the library. Not only is this Walgreens pharmacy extremely helpful and professional when it comes to helping me manage my family's RXs, but they actually REMEMBER who I am by my name (and my son's name) when I call in and come in person and check up with meabout my family members health. Every person I have interacted with at this pharmacy had gone above and beyond to help us and I cannot thank them enough. Switching in Nov 2024 to this Walgreens location was the best thing I have done. All the pharmacies carry the same Rxs and roughly the same products these days, but the people working at this pharmacy really set it apart from the others in town. THANK YOU for everything you do to make my experience easy and pleasant!!!!!”

“I am very appreciative of Kris, the pharmacy manager. I have been paying out-of-pocket for a very expensive medication because Walgreens said insurance wouldn’t cover the medicine. Doctor and insurance both recommended we try a different pharmacy. We chose Publix. Within 10 minutes I had the medication at no cost. I cannot say thank you enough!”

“You will not find a better pharmacy that's goes far above than great. There is not a single person there that does not have a great attitude, respecting you, always with a voice they sound like they are happy to be speaking with you, they go beyond the extra mile if you needs a Dr's approval, making sure to let you know your refill is ready even if you haven't called. I drive 30 miles out of the way just to stay with there pharmacy I like it so much. Definitely if your in High Point you need to let the do a couple refills with them just to see how impressive they are.Not a better pharmacy around.”
“My favorite. I really like the pharmacy. I usually try to get my meds here unless they are out. I absolutely love the Tech and Manager. They always call me back in a reasonable time. In the 7 months I go there I had an emergency and they really helped so I wouldn't run out of my mental health medication. That really matters.”

“I will say this is a pretty decent pharmacy. They are usually very helpful with letting me know if they are out of meds. It doesn't take a ridiculous amount of time to get meds ready and they definitely answer the phone quicker than walgreens down the street. They are better to deal with than the Walgreens on N. Main. I just wish they stayed open longer.”

“I have been getting my prescriptions here for a year and a half now.I suggest getting the Walgreens App to see that status of your prescription.I’m assuming the long waits are because the open pharmacist position. It’s says they’re looking for one of the door of the store.I agree waits are longer than usual because of this and because it’s winter time.Besides the wait, they are dependable and fast.I usually don’t wait too long in line because I pick up my medications near closing.”
“Today I was having a bad day & it was very clear but the man at the register today at ( 5pm aug 16th )his name was TROY ! He was so nice & helpful he made my sad face into a happy face he took his time with me & overall just helped me TROY you never know how you can make someone’s day but TODAY you SAVED & HELPED mine ! “I want to give this Walmart (S.Main) pharmacy a huge shout out! In the past, either it was difficult to get anyone on the phone at other locations (N.Main) or the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional (Walgreens N. Main). I worked with Whitney concerning a transfer of profiles for both my husband and myself and she was AMAZING! She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. This pharmacy technician is extremely knowledgeable!”
“The associates are always pleasant. My only complaint is that when my refills are set up automatically, I shouldn't have to wait for days after my refill should be ready for it to come in. They should order it before it needs to be filled, not wait till the day it's needed to order.”
“Update: The pharmacist took care of this next day, and it was much less of a hassle than I feared. Apparently their system deactivates my card, and she took ownership of that. I believe the pharmacist's name is Roseanne or Roxanne. I appreciate that she handled it, and she even called me back to let me know that she ran all of my prescriptions and they are crediting me back for the money I should not have paid. This should not happen, but they made it right and I am cool with that.
I have had mostly favorable results using CVS, but tonight was an epic fail. I had three prescriptions to pick up, two have always been free, and the other I sometimes use a good Rx coupon, or it's less than $$35 with my insurance card. Had I left with all three prescriptions tonight, it would have been over $200. I have the same insurance and the same prescriptions that I have had for the last 3 years. The person waiting on me told me it must be a problem with my insurance and I should call them. I did exactly that when I got home, and I confirmed that the two prescriptions should have been $0. I didn't even check on the third. The insurance company did not even show a purchase had hit my insurance. I think it was close to closing and the person did not bother. I now have to go into the store and deal with this and get my money back. This should not happen.
Unfortunately, just this week I encouraged my mother to move her prescriptions from another drugstore to this CVS location. I may come to regret that. One last thing, I have found that every time I pick up the same prescriptions I get a different person, and the initial price they quote is always different until I tell them what it usually is and they do their research. These people need to be better trained.”
“This Walgreens is clean, well organized and the employees make you feel valued.
The entire pharmacy staff is GREAT, but one young man stands out above the rest. His name is Jarrod. He remembers names and calls me by name when I get to the counter. He is courteous, knowledgeable and makes you feel like a valued customer.
I am glad this Walgreens is in my neighborhood.”
