I had one of the best customer service experiences in years with Mallory at Sherman Williams. I went to exchange touchup paint that I bought yesterday because it was too dark. She skillfully matched the original paint that was bought over five years ago. I highly recommend her and this particular location.

The young woman helping me knew exactly what I was looking for (I'd made a list from the APP first), and mentioned the upcoming Sales Event for the paint purchase. Since I was still in prep mode, this worked well.
