“This is a great place. When in the Federal Government's wisdom they closed a very popular Post Office, these folks stepped right in and make a place 10X better than any U.S. Post Office. “I had a great experience with Estes. They delivered an order that I had from Home Depot. The order arrived at their company on Friday July 5 and a delivery date was already scheduled on Monday for the next day! The driver made a courtesy call on Tuesday, 10 minutes before arriving and he arrived very early within the delivery window. He arrived at my house about 2 pm and everything was packed carefully and none of the porcelain tiles were damaged. I was very impressed! Very pleasant experience!”

“They did call and schedule delivery and then called later to tell me I wasn’t going to get it. I chose to go to the terminal to pick it up, and they were fantastic at the terminal and they got me loaded in no time flat and the manger was top notch and the guy that loaded me was over the top. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I hope the company higher ups see this review!”

“The UPS store on N. Church in Gso, NC is always so so nice and they always have the answers I need and help anyway they can!! It’s not often to get that kind of service now a days. I appreciate it very much and I go out of my way to go there instead of Browns Summit post office. USPS need to take some lessons from that. I’m sure there are many others just like me that appreciate kindness and knowledge in a business!!”
“Have to drop trailer and wait for unloaded of it. Have to leave UPS while their unloading of it. Then said come back 8 hours to pick up. As I've seen on previous reviews they will leave pallets and shrink wrap on the floor for you to clean. I'll see.”

“Always friendly and always eager to help me with my package. Probably time for the employees to stop wearing the face masks though. The masks make it harder to communicate. I tend to lip read when I cannot hear and the masks muffle their voices.”
