“I've frequented this location for the last 6 years (mostly for amazon returns, but occasionally to ship things) and I've never had an issue. They definitely have some staffing turnover, but I've never had an interaction that was anything less than polite. The only compliant I have is it's often very busy, but that's not their fault - likely due to the fact there aren't any other UPS stores in the area. Even still, they get people through the line as quickly and efficiently as possible.”

“Come here if you want to learn what great customer service is! I walked in with a huge computer screen box & another smaller package and the gentleman immediately grabbed it for me and carried it to the counter! Everyone there was extremely friendly & it was very clean! Highly recommend!”

“This location is fairly convenient for those in the High Point/ Deep River location! I was able to get in and out within about 5 minutes without a line and the lady there was nice. It definitely beats trying to gamble by scheduling a pickup at the house for a product and its relativity low cost. It's my go to place to mail”

We placed an order for some cards which had same day pick up... he called and let us know they were backed up that day but stayed overtime to get them finished and had them available the next morning. Not only did the cards come out amazing, he even gave me the cards at no charge because it was late. I really appreciate that! Thank you so much again!
