Spectrum is a company with wonderful people, from the CEO to the maintenance crew, who show respect and care for one another. The staff is accessible and maintains the parking lot well. While the employees are good workers, some customers feel the service can be disappointing, especially with technical issues and cable burying. Overall, it is seen as an amazing place with a positive work environment.
