We just got it! So far it is really good! Our tech that did installation was very nice and knowledgeable! The sales rep was very easy to talk to and knew their service well!

Lumos representative said they will send someone today 11/6/23 to work on the internet around 10-12. They have not made an appearance. S-M-H. This is a disgrace. I'm starting to have doubts about this internet company.

North State was better at customer service. Lumos doesn't seem to work for the benefit of customers. They made cancelling almost impossible by closing any convenient office, and then they bill after you close the account. Lumos also charges if you receive a paper statement.
