Truist provides excellent customer service, especially for small business owners. The process is described as pleasant and one of the best banking experiences ever, despite being grueling. Currently, services are adjusted for health and safety. This includes teller services through drive-thru only, in-person visits by appointment only, and some branch closures. Branches without drive-thrus remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
