The customer service was very poor on my last visit. I requested to see the bank manager for a IRA transfer. However she was busy, so I waited until she was free. There was a woman already waiting and a gentleman that came in after me. The bank mgr helped the woman first. After determining she would be awhile helping the woman she asked Rita who had no customers to help me and the gentleman that came in after me. Rita then helped the gentleman that came in after me first, without asking if it was okay with me to do that. I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL GIVEN THAT I HAD ALREADY BEEN WAITING FOR AWHILE AND THAT I'M A REGULAR CUSTOMER AT THE BANK!!! Rita also had the gentleman that came in after me wait on the bank mgr for something she was able to do. Even though she had no customers. THIS WAS PROBABLY THE FOURT OR FIFTH TIME I HAVE OBSERVED RITA DOING THIS. I HAVE EXPERIENCED POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM RITA BEFORE AND ADDRESSED IT WITH THE BANK MGR!! HOWEVER I HAVE DECIDED TO ADDRESS THIS LAST COMPLAINT ONLINE BECAUSE THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS PERSISTED!!!

I can honestly say that this is the worst bank ever! Recently had 2 fraud checks. Was charged 2 return fees and it hasn't been reversed. Automatically closing. The woman told me that it's been happening a lot to our clients....WHAT?!?! The customer service line is worse. I had no knowledge of the checks and every time I would call the representatives would act like they were not allowed to tell me why my account was closing, why I couldn't access my account. When letters were received about the situation ,it wasn't clear about what was going on.Seriously not pleased with my experience here. I highly recommend that you seriously give some thought before banking here.

I work for a company that uses this branch and I have to say this is the WORST bank EVER. They are VERY unfriendly and will even talk rude... To the customer!
