the employees seemed chill, but my vehicle was trash though, kinda wish I had been given a later model vehicle after finding out I paid almost 170$ to rent something old and scrappy

The most helpful, polite. A-1 from me: so far. I have rented 3 drucks in the last 2.5 years. Have had my propane tanks filled multiple times, for a margin of the return store services cost.??!MERRY CHRISTMAS, and, aGracious, thank you! You Rock❣️

They will steal your money out of your account and attempt to justify it; they will put you on e alert and give you no explanation (until I found out that someone attached someone’s else’s account to mine) with no apology or explanation whatsoever for the multiple times of being inconvenienced. They will say or promise reimbursement, refund or credit and will just “Forget” to post it to your account or put it in notes. And sooooo much more, I regret ever using U-Haul; I regret it and I wish I could get some of my money and time I’ve wasted with this awful company, and it’s not just this location unfortunately!

When we originally began using this Uhaul, things were great. Now every time we come to access our unit, the loading bay is full of pods or parked trucks, the parking lot is full of potholes, it is difficult to get in and out, and the lights have been out in our section every time. Very disappointing experience, particularly as the cost to rent here has gone up and service has gone down.

The people working there were arguing over who was going to help me when I walked in. Neither people wanted to help.They gave us the keys to the truck and it was behind 2 other trucks so we had to go back to the office and have them figure out which ones to move to get ours out.The truck we received had been wrecked in the front and the right headlamp was barely hanging on. While driving at night we couldn’t see very well due to the headlamp.We will definitely use another rental company next time.

I scheduled an appointment for a hitch install and paid online. When I arrived, no one was there to install the hitch. There was no "sorry for the mixup" they just blamed it on "corporate" and said I should have called before I came to confirm. Appointment was rescheduled, and I was told I would get an email or text confirmation of the new time. I did not receive either one. Called to confirm and was put on hold for 20 minutes. They acted like I was crazy for showing up for an appointment that was confirmed and paid for in advance. Not happy.

Everett, the store manager, and the delightful woman who was working were incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions patiently. The work was fast and done correctly. They even showed me a tip for making traveling with the dolly easier. Thanks for a great experience renting the trailer and for a great experience a year ago getting my hitch installed.

I have mixed emotions on this one. It's not every week that you need to rent a truck but when you do, if you're like me, you have a designated time frame to begin and end. Unfortunately, things don't always go as you plan and this came into play more than once with this customer.To start off, I reserved a 26' truck three days in advance to make sure there was one available at 7am (bad experience in the past at another place). Anyhow, I arrived at 6:50 and was the first in line. Within 5 minutes, a second person showed up. By 7:10 still no employees. Around 7:15 the GM arrived, he did apologize for his tardiness and we moved on. This has already set be behind but no big deal, we will be alright. During my wait for an employee, the other customer called the number on the door for the regional manager and it went to some guy that was not affiliated with uhaul. Lol. Don't call him.The GM is very laid back with no personableness about him. It's straight monotone and business. Anyhow, I was expected to have the truck back by closing (7pm). At 6pm, I realized I wasn't going to make it and called them to let them know. They ended up extending me 12 hours at no charge even though I was only going to be a couple additional hours. When I finally did arrive and locked up and dropped the key, I turned around to see that I had left the park lights on the truck. Unfortunately, this particular truck didn't have an auto shutdown and as far as I know we're going on all night or until the battery died. I did send a text to the GM who's cell number is on the door (hopefully it was the right one). I never received a text back nor did I receive a charge the next day which I expected for my mistake.All in all, it was a good experience and they really did do me right. I would recommend using this location.

Wish I could give ZERO stars to the manager!!The cargo van I rented from a different location had an issue, so I called the roadside assistance but received no help. I drove to this location and informed an employee that I’ll be parking the cargo van in their lot and renting a different one from this location just to get my work done for that day.I made another reservation for a truck and completed all the verifications through U-Haul app (since I already had an existing rental, I had to complete 2 step verification process). But in the end, the store manager did not accept my reservation and did not let me rent the truck. He even asked me to remove the unsafe U-Haul cargo van from his location. He was very rude, a racist. Hope U-Haul finds this review helpful and consider while hiring such arrogant people as store managers.

Fuel light was on when I picked up at just below 1/8 tank and returned at 1/4 tank but was still charged extra for fuel

The people here are great, the staff is always helpful. They have done everything possible to make sure we kept our do l things here in storage. Location is great as well. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone wanting a good storage unit.

Everett and his team do amazing work. The storage area is incredibly clean and the prices are fantastic (especially when you consider the fact that unlike most storage companies, Uhaul does not tempt you with a low rate and then jack up the price after your initial lease is up). Any rentals I have had were handled in a prompt and professional manner too.
