Big no no - this should go to corporate.
Very deceitful that when giving my phone number for my account, our cashier (Quantana) put in my information to sign me up for a credit card without my knowledge and just said “hit confirm”. Thank goodness I read first. She didn’t ask or say anything about a credit card, but was going to sign me up for one? Unlawful.

I was there late one night and when I went to check out all the women were rude as crap I left my target bag bc I was going to do a return there and had a bronzer in the same bag so I could return it for. A lighter color well they locked the door the second I walked out and then. When I realized it I started banging on the window an all 6 of them just stood there am then today they're telling me the bronze isn't in the bag so somebody up there took it and stole my shit. They're horrible with customer service

I’ve not said anything the past four times , but enough is enough. The cashier Lisa is incredibly pushy and obnoxious about pressuring people into getting a credit card. To the point where I have left when I see she’s working because I’d rather go without than have to spend 5 miserable minutes of her trying to bully me into a credit card that I’ve told her probably 50 times total I do not want. There are 20 people in line. We don’t have time for this. I know for a fact I’m not the only one annoyed about this because I’ve seen her do it to other people.

Unpleasant experience. Nasty attitudes. No urgency or additional registers opened for people waiting 15+ mins in line on a Monday. Will not be returning here or any Ulta going forward.

Terrible customer service! We sat there for over an hour and no one came to help us. The staff would walk past us multiple time to assist another person deliberately ignoring us. Absolutely do not recommend coming to this location.

Savannah and Nita we the sweetest employees ever!
I came into Ulta for a last-minute Halloween dilemma with my costume. I was a troll doll, and my hair was looking subpar, but when I went to get green hairspray, savannah and Niya both went above and beyond with their customer service and helped me fix my hair in the store. I am very satisfied with my experience and will definitely return to this Ulta again.

An associate followed me around the store. She even pretended to be looking at the same product I was, literally four centimeters away from me. I’ve only ever come in to pick up items for others that I’d bought as gifts. The service was poor even then. I would’ve loved some help finding a product but ended up just leaving.
