Arrived 12 hours ahead of schedule checked in slept at first come first serve lot parking outside of gate and got called earlier than told for a door. If going to a 900 dock just hope you don’t get door 937 or 938. Otherwise simple maneuvering and if not sure G.O.A.L.”
“Have to drop trailer and wait for unloaded of it. Have to leave UPS while their unloading of it. Then said come back 8 hours to pick up. As I've seen on previous reviews they will leave pallets and shrink wrap on the floor for you to clean. I'll see.”
“Showed up at location 15min prior to appointment time. Checked in at guard shack by a smiling lady that was eager to help with direction and assigning a door. Dropped trailer in door and head to receiving near door 309 at the rear of the building. There we were met by another smiling face, who advised us that she already had someone working on our offload. We waited outside the guard shack in a staging lot and received a phone call within about 20min that the trailer was done. In and out GREAT JOB!!!”
