“They always have such an awesome selection of East Carolina merch for adultsand children! Great place to get gifts for your favorite Pirate fans no matter the age!”
“Friendly and incredibly helpful staff! They're very knowledgeable about the books and what they have in stock without even looking at the computers. Just about everyone there knows their store well and maintains a clean, kempt environment with lots of smiles.
The Cafe is very clean and well-kept, with lots of drink options! They don't quite have every drink that Starbucks offers due to them being their own cafe that licenses Starbucks syrups. But with that they have their own fresh-cut and fresh-baked food and cookies, Which I find to be much better!”
“Although overpriced, I admire the system dowdy uses to ensure ECU students obtain their course materials, however if purchasing clothing I would recommend the UBE across from still life for better prices pirate merch!”

“Love love love this bookstore. I have found several gems that were no longer in print and extremely affordable. Very kind staff who are knowledgeable and personable. Once you walk in the door, you are treated as if they have known you forever. Perfect place to be.”
