“Absolutely love this office. I've had a great experience with my PCP, the nurses, the reception staff, and their referral specialist. My PCP (Brad) has gone out of his way to make me feel comfortable after a lot of negative experiences with doctors. He's really helping me start to trust the medical system again. And extra shoutout to their referral specialist Kim for getting me an appointment with a specialist in two days after the first office my referral was sent to acted shady and closed my referral without notifying me OR her.
This is honestly the most caring primary office I've ever had and I'm so thankful I found them.”

“Dr McGee is a gem. But slowly, surely the new ECU business model has choked the humanity out of the office (now called a ‘clinic’). I used to look forward to seeing friendly, familiar faces. Most, unfortunately, have headed for higher ground. Now, the stress and tension in the office can be cut with a knife. I can only guess that now everything is about billable hours. I can’t even ask the doctor a question on the phone without having a scheduled, (billable) appointment. But the pressure is not only affecting the staff, it’s passed along to the patients. I feel uncomfortable when I try to make pleasant small talk with the support staff. Now issues are coming up because the doctor did not have enough time to discuss them. They even ignored this very same feedback when I shared it in MyChart. They can do better.”

“I went to fast med urgent care this morning! The place was very busy but all the staff was extremely friendly from the front desk to the CNA to the doctor. I have gone twice now to fast med and I always had a great experience. Recommend 10 out of 10”
