“Excellent! I called at 4:55 saying I was in a bind and desperately needed a capacitor for my parents’ house. My dad had just gotten home from the hospital, and we discovered that the AC wasn’t functioning. I diagnosed it as a bad capacitor. They were kind enough to let me come in and grab one a little past closing, and I now have functioning AC back in my parents’ house! I am incredibly grateful that you allowed me to purchase the part. My dad is having a lot of difficulty moving around right now, so finding another solution would have been extremely difficult. You truly helped us out when we needed it most.”

“I work for a university and we order lots of parts nearly everyday. There are specific protocols we have to follow with every order. Richard is the BEST. He is always courteous. He is always accurate. He knows our process and follows it to a T. He makes my job so much easier and more pleasant. I wish every vendor I deal with had a Richard working for them. He is a credit to Greenville Noland. He deserves recognition.”
