“Had a great experience at Mattress Firm of Greenville. Went to a few other retailers but needed a mattress delivered within 2 days and not only did they have what I wanted available, but Cara was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I told her what I was looking for and she pointed me to the models that fit my needs. This was all done in about 20 minutes from arrival to purchase because I had my toddler with me. She was patient with us and provided top level customer service.”
“Paula Collin’s was a fabulous saleswoman and helped find the perfect recliner for us. They had a fantastic selection. The only thing I do not like is I had to order the chair BUT that is only because I am impatient haha. Fantastic experience all around.”
“Excellent experience, as usual. Kirk was friendly, helpful, and guided me to the best mattress for my needs. I have shopped with this business for 25 years, always a pleasure.
Also need to mention the delivery team, who were timely, polite, professional, and skilled. They had the old bed and mattress disassembled, placed in the truck, and the new bed in place in less than 15 minutes. Very impressed.”
“I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Mattress Outlet, and I can't express how satisfied I am with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The selection of mattresses was impressive, catering to all preferences and budgets.
What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by Nick. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, patiently answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect mattress for my needs. Nick's friendly demeanor and genuine interest in ensuring I was happy with my purchase made the entire process enjoyable.
Not only did I leave with a fantastic mattress, but I also felt valued as a customer. I highly recommend Mattress Outlet to anyone in the market for a new mattress, and I especially recommend seeking out Nick for his outstanding service. Thank you, Mattress Outlet, for a wonderful shopping experience!”

“Greenville Appliance was recommended to
Me as an honest dealer, one that they would send anyone in need of an appliance. I called spoke with Cricket and every thing I was told about this company and its employees has been a fantastic experience.”
“I bought my mother’s bed from here, and she absolutely loves it. Since I had only ever purchased one mattress before, I really had no idea what I was looking for. The sales associate (Darcy, I think?) was incredibly helpful and made what I expected to be a stressful process surprisingly easy and enjoyable with her recommendations. Honestly, I'll probably be back soon to buy myself one.”
“We ordered Lazy Boy sofa and loveseat. Picked out fabric. Were told in advance it would be about 10 weeks for delivery. It was about that time frame. Furniture was delivered, set up with no problems at all. They were very accommodating with delivery. Our experience was awesome!”
“I had a wonderful experience at Furniture Fair. Even though I haven’t made a purchase yet, the excellent service I received from Tony Walker exceeded my expectations. He answered all of my questions with enthusiasm, was patient and knowledgeable, and even provided me with a hard copy of the quotation for future reference.
His outstanding customer service made the entire experience pleasant, and I truly appreciate the time and effort he took to assist me. I would definitely recommend working with him.
I will surely come back once decided to by my chosen furniture.”

“We went in and were greeted by WC, an amazing guy if you've never met him. He's gave us his undivided attention, we went in for a new bed for my daughter and walked out with a new bed for her and for my wife and I. Delivery, set up, everything was handled perfectly. Very well done!”
