Went to a few other retailers but needed a mattress delivered within 2 days and not only did they have what I wanted available, but Cara was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I told her what I was looking for and she pointed me to the models that fit my needs. This was all done in about 20 minutes from arrival to purchase because I had my toddler with me. She was patient with us and provided top level customer service.”

The sales associate (Darcy, I think?) was incredibly helpful and made what I expected to be a stressful process surprisingly easy and enjoyable with her recommendations. “They've got everything in there even a little grocery section. What I don't like is that I tried to return something that I bought to get food with the refunded money. I returned it on the 5th and still haven't gotten the refund.”
“We ordered Lazy Boy sofa and loveseat. Picked out fabric. Were told in advance it would be about 10 weeks for delivery. It was about that time frame. Furniture was delivered, set up with no problems at all. They were very accommodating with delivery. Our experience was awesome!”

“We went in and were greeted by WC, an amazing guy if you've never met him. He's gave us his undivided attention, we went in for a new bed for my daughter and walked out with a new bed for her and for my wife and I. Delivery, set up, everything was handled perfectly. Very well done!”
