“I began using Realo Pharmacy at least 15-16 years ago. I switched from CVS because of Brian and have always liked and trusted him implicitly! He always helps me with prescription and insurance issues. Yes, he is loud and boisterous, but that's his personality. I appreciate his honesty and bluntness. Amanda is great also, kind and efficient.
Over the past few years the quality of the staff has gone downhill. Certain ones are very good, but others act completely clueless! Attention to detail is lacking. I was recently told that a prescription would be filled on Tuesdsy morning. I went over Wednesdsy afternoon and it had not been filled! Calling in and leaving refills on the phone is not much better. You cannot depend on the time for pick-up.
Compared to the other pharmacies in town, Realo is the best. It is not convenient for where I live, but I will continue going there. My greatest complaint is the weekend hours on Saturday and being closed on Sunday.”
“Harris Teeter has a GOOD beer and wine selection. Today however for me was honeydew, and pineapple slicez 4 me. The staff is alwayz pleasant and helpful which is wonderful!!!! “This shopping center has a Bowen Cleaners, the DMV, a Food Lion and Walgreens that I’ve used. There’s also a Starbucks, a hair salon, Angus grill, Chinese restaurant and some other food places I haven’t gone to. The center is a convenient location on a busy corner but there’s still easy access to get in the shopping center. The parking lot is big and well lit. It does get very busy here though because of the DMV and grocery store. The grocery store always seems to be running out of everything on the weekend so I’d say that’s not a good time to go unless you want crowds. This Bowen is my favorite dry cleaners in town. They are courteous and reasonable prices. This is a good shopping center though. I’m only here when I need the DMV or dry cleaning though.”
“This is hands down the best pharmacy I've used. The pharmacists are super personable and treat you like an actual person. If I was better with names, I would call them out individually, but EVERYONE there is just so great. They are great with prices, great with refill speed, great with communication if anything arises, etc. I would wholly recommend Genoa over any other pharmacy. Especially over the big corporate guys. 5 stars”
“I have been doing my grocery for the several years here. They are clean and have friendly staff. The produce is fresh and good quality. I tried some other local grocery stores but no one can beat them when it comes to price and quality. This added with convenience of the Walmart app and easy checkout makes me come back to the store”
“I had to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy. The pharmacist was very nice and gave me the impression that she knew what she was doing. My order was sent in around 9am and ready for me about 1030. Absolutely no Hassel. I will use this pharmacy again.”

If you leave your name and number, they will call you back. The service I have received from Healthwise Pharmacy has been competent, knowledgeable and caring.
They will deliver the meds to you, even the compounding pharmacy is awesome, I was on Vancomicyn for 7 weeks during Covid, my meds were always delivered ahead of time, along with all the supplies for my PICC line.
I agree that it is hard to get through at times but leave a message or call back.
When you are nice and polite, those you are dealing with will be nice and polite also!????”

“I transferred all of my prescriptions to this pharmacy. They’re so helpful and nice to me. They even contacted the other pharmacy to transfer my script so I wouldn’t have to make another phone call. They cost less and accept more discount coupons so they save me money. My orders are always ready on time. I can even get my prescription delivered with my groceries or other Walmart purchases so it saves me a trip to the pharmacy.”
