“First time here at this location, and this is by far the best Trader Joe’s I have ever been to! The store was clean, well-stocked, and the artwork around the store was absolutely breathtaking.
Now my daughter and I were especially stressed that day because of ECU move-in, and Grace truly went above and beyond to make our day brighter.. I came into the store feeling overwhelmed by the pressure of the day, but Grace’s kindness and gentleness towards us genuinely helped turn our entire day around. It’s rare to encounter someone whose attitude and thoughtfulness can make such a difference, and I’m incredibly grateful for the way she treated us. You’re a wonderful reflection of what great customer service should be! I am a customer for life at this Trader Joe’s.”

Every time D & D Pest Control Co. is out servicing customers in Eastern North Carolina, Food Lion is a great place to stop for drinks, snacks, lunch items, or whatever the workday suddenly decides we need. The store is clean, easy to shop, and stocked well enough to make your grocery list behave itself. The staff is friendly, the checkout is smooth, and the aisles have that magical power where you walk in tired and walk out thinking, “You know what, I do need a rotisserie chicken, paper towels, and banana pudding.”

There are only 4, there is always an employee standing by to assist as needed, and they can authorize purchases remotely - no standing around for minutes waiting for an employee to enter a code into your register. The employees at the self checkouts are always very friendly.”

“I used to feel uncomfortable going to these stores because I felt watched all of the time and Ive experienced a not so friendly look once or twice! However, I've spoken to a few folks who work here, and a manager, and I'm more comfortable shopping here. They have really good quality fruits and baked goods, and the prices are not ridiculous! Now this location and the chocowinity location are my favorite stores.”

“I like food lion. Been going for years. This one seems to be a little under staffed. Most times one or no registers open. Self checkout only. I'm not lazy but most of the time the folks at the register are much faster at scanning and bagging. But I will still go back and get better at my scanning”

“I've lived in Greenville 15 years and lived less than a mile down the road and never had them. This morning we decided to give it a try. I got the egg and cheese biscuit and my man got a egg, cheese and bacon sandwich. I've tried cheese biscuits from other local places, this one was by far the BEST biscuit I've had so far. Friendly people , great food , and good prices. I will be back !!”
“I frequently visit this Food Lion. I have not had not one bad experience. The cashiers are friendly. The stockers are polite. The store is always well kept and clean. The employees are super friendly. A employee who works in produce helped me with picking the right mango. The security at night is even polite. I can’t say enough good things about this Food Lion.”

“Why pay more when you can pay less? I mainly shop here for household essentials like laundry detergent, fabric softener, and cleaning supplies. I use the coupons on DG app to save money. Today, I bought 2 Snuggle fabric softener 46 loads each for $4(2 for$8 minus $4 coupon). I'm happy. I saved bucks on everything I bought at DG today. It's a clean store. Easy to find what you are looking for. I don't shop here often, but when I do I'm a satisfied customer.”

“I lived in Greenville in the early 2000's and their tacos in the back of the store were great. I went back not too long ago and this is still true today. Some of the best taco's I've had anywhere, including all over Mexico.”
