“I was driving from NC to DC. Just outside of Roanoke Rapids, NC, I heard a horrible sound from my car, so I pulled over and called Mr. Harrison's Auto Shop. He said he would look at my car right away. When I got to Mr. Harrison's shop, he hopped in my car and I took him for a ride so he could hear the noise. In 2 seconds, he diagnosed that I needed a new differential. Mr. Harrison didn't have the parts at his shop, but he helped me find a tow truck to take my car up to DC and advised me to contact Enterprise Rental (the only car rental in the area) asap. My car safely made it to a local auto shop and after a fantastic experience at Enterprise Rental Car in Roanoke Rapids, I also made it home. I can't thank Mr. Harrison and his family enough for their kindness and concern. It was a bad day, but it ended with meeting great people. Harrison Auto LLC -- YOU ROCK!!!!!”

“I had a flat 4 hours from home. Brandon was the tow truck driver. I was stuck over night waiting for the dealership to open in the morning it seemed till he verified he had a tire my size and opened the shop to change the tire himself after they were already closed. I was able to continue home 45 minutes later. He did this for a total stranger that likely will never return again. I can only imagine how well they must treat their local customers with the kindness he showed me that night.”

When we went to start my truck it would not turn over, battery dead. They stayed late, after hours to jump my vehicle. Excellent service.”

He diagnosed our vehicle and recommended options the next day without any consideration to his own profit. On our way home after thanksgiving in our rental car he came into the shop on his day off to help us clear out our car and arrange for towing. All this at no charge whatsoever. One in a million! Couldn't recommend Mike's more enthusiastically.”

“One of the best tire shops I’ve ever had dealings with. The owner, Joseph, knows what he is doing. Can tell you what’s tires will fit, what wheels will fit, and how much lift your truck may need. They also do alignments, balancing, lift kits, and window tint. Joseph is hands on and does a lot of the work himself. You can’t go wrong here. All cards and Apple Pay are accepted.”
“TOP TIER CUSTOM FABRICATION - Took my Suv to Pomp Boys Motors to have custom seats installed after being turned down by other shops due to its complexity w/ the location of the gas tank. Pomp Boys Motors smiled and said, "no problem", we got this. And they certainty did, great craftmanship, quick turnaround, and the customer service was also TOP TIER. “My family was on our way home to Maryland from our vacation in Myrtle Beach on 09/13/24 when we had a car issue on 95 and had to pull to the side of the road. We sat with the engine off for 30 minutes and googled nearby garages/service stations that were open on a Saturday. I found Honda of Roanoke Rapids (my car happens to be a Honda) and saw that their service department was open until 2. We were able to get there at around 1pm in hopes that they could help us. Indeed they did! They worked past closing time and did the needed repair. We were able to finish the rest of our drive home with no issues. I am beyond thankful and grateful for everyone there that day. I would highly recommend this amazing service department! 100 stars!”
