“I gotta say the (current) owner is a stand-up guy and a pleasure to do business with. I had never met the old owner, I see there are some not so fond reviews of him, but the current owner, Michael, held to his word.
I came out to buy one of the vehicles on-site. Just an older van to use as a beach mobile. Michael's communication through the whole process was top tier. Very friendly guy and pleasant to do business with. He even knocked some $ off the price for me when we saw the battery had died from vehicle sitting a while. I told him not to worry about it (I was buying a cheaper vehicle so not worried about small stuff). The vehicle drove home just fine and I got a great deal even before the discount.
I'm not in the market for a boat, yet, but once I am I will be giving Micheal a ring.
Seriously, it's rare to find folks who give a damn about their customers anymore and I was not even buying something very expensive.

“This place is AWESOME I went in with my blower motor squealing they took it down from under the dashboard an found a leaf they cleaned it up an put it back together an just charged me the diagnostic fee if I had gone somewhere else they may have told me that I needed a new motor an charged me several hundred dollars that's what makes small shops stand out from the big shops any other problems i know right were to go an everyone there is super friendly i also took my sister's car there for them to do an overall inspection which they did an they gave me a detailed estimate of the work that needed to be done i would recommend Coastal Car Care to all my family an friends ?”
