Cole not only helped with the replacement, testing and charging old battery, but he also helped to make sure that the alternator and starter were ok after the replacement of a new battery was done. He even helped me look for my keys when I thought I had misplaced them during my visit. He completely went out of his way to help make my crazy day better.
