“I give the bank manager and bank tellers 100 A++ in customer service. I do not have a regular bank account with TD bank, only a vehicle loan. Earlier this week I went into the bank to make an unusual inquiry concerning a complimentary item they share with their customers. Keep in mind I had never been inside this branch before, so the staff did not know me. As I shared my reasons why I wanted to know how to order this item online for a special friend, they were so friendly and accommodating. It truly impressed me how the manager and bank teller went the extra mile to assist me in my search.( I regret I did not get their names to list in this review.) I went away with exactly what I needed to surprise my friend. This is the epitome of customer service!! Anyone who walks through the door should be treated with a friendly smile, listening for what is needed and finding a way to meet that need. Always making the person feel as if they are important and appreciated for coming into the business. Keep up the excellent work. I will definitely return to this location. Thank you for all the assistance you provided!( will let you know how my friend reacts to her surprise) It was a pleasure talking with you.”
