“I have banked at this location for 15 years. Have never had a problem with staff they have always been courteous. Sure I have had an occasional check held for several days per the bank policy. Every bank has that requirement they have to protect themselves from theft! I have a feeling that the people that have left negative reviews are angry because they didn't get what they wanted and want to blame the bank for it. Wouldn't go any other place!”

Rob Gauthier not only literally opened the branch for me this morning but took care of my immediate need - a stop of my compromised debit card - got me a replacement card, and a nice conversation with him to boot !
