The entire staff, especially Sarah, is just fantastic, always attentive, professional, and looking out for their customers. “While traveling, we went to OZK in Wilmington, NC on Thursday 8/27 arriving near closing time. Being from another state where OZK has no branches, our schedule for handling business was tight. We assumed we would need to make an appointment for the next day, Friday, where our time was filled with other appointments. The staff is wonderful, reminds you the way banking and personalized service used to be. I can't say enough good things about this bank. “I have banked at this location for 15 years. Have never had a problem with staff they have always been courteous. Sure I have had an occasional check held for several days per the bank policy. Every bank has that requirement they have to protect themselves from theft! I have a feeling that the people that have left negative reviews are angry because they didn't get what they wanted and want to blame the bank for it. Wouldn't go any other place!”
