They promptly made my keys and did not tell me where to get the items I came in for; they walked me around the store until I got every item I needed. Real customer service! I passed a Lowe's and Home Depot on my way to Fort Dobbs Hardware and I do not regret my decision. Whether you just need a couple things to finish your DIY project, need camping gear or you are prepping for when SHTF; this should be your destination.
