Very receptive and care about the customers feedback!! Requested if sauna could be fixed with timer/buttons outside for better access and it was rendered per feedback quickly.

Jesse was an amazing trainer and host! She made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in and showed me around eagerly, will definitely be back for a session soon.

been going for over a year now, never had any issues with anything, staff is friendly and the machines are well equipped and updated. 10/10
