“Very clean laundromat! Clean washers, dryers, counters and floors! Friendly attendant/owner was very helpful and pleasant. Easy to use — takes cash as well as cards; you don’t have to feed bills and change into machines. A wonderful place! Such a blessing to have found this laundromat! Highly recommend!”
“This is a clean & well managed laundrymat with attendants on duty. Common market is next door if you need to grab something to eat while doing your laundry. Set to pay with coins, credit card, or from your phone.”
“Thank you so much for being great. May you always be blessed. ? I was not made to feel out out of place with one of the employees and I am very grateful for that! If you have large loads please stop by!!! (Or small lol) you will have a peaceful/nice experience. 10/10 and it smells good ?”
“The best laundromat in Charlotte. Operated by the best owners in Charlotte. Always a pleasant experience and very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. I %100 recommend and support this establishment.”
“Love coming to this laundromat. The staff is so friendly and nice. It’s really clean inside and I love that the machines take card because I don’t always have cash to get coins. Super convenient!”
“I came here because my dryer at home was broken. Let me tell you upfront….. do not go to the other laundromat on the other side of the same shopping center. They are full of IT!!!! You can’t bring in clothes washed at home to dry in their dryers. Have to use their washers in order to use the dryers. So, I gps for the nearest laundromat and found Laundro Lab. Lady at the desk was real nice. She’s limited on English and she had me to type on her phone to translate. Asked if there was a rule about using dryers like the other place. She said it was ok to use their washers dryer. Even though I didn’t wash clothes here. Overall, the inside is clean and not run down like the other place. Would recommend coming to laundro lab.”

“I have been attending for years, the service is excellent, the place is always very clean. The employees are professional and respectful. It is very organized and orderly. They have a reading area with books and a game on the wall for children . A nice quiet , safe environment. I love it here, sometimes they have free washers and dryer. They have a card after visiting 4 times, the 5th washer is free.”
“Partnering with the Queen City Cleaning team has been integral to the success of my Charlotte Airbnb. They’re professional, reliable, able to accommodate last minute changes that are bound to come up with short term rentals, help me keep track of supplies, and allow me to checkout of that side of the business while knowing I’m in good hands. They are of course wonderful cleaners and leave guests with no complaints.”
“Haven't been to the laundry since I moved out of NY, but anyhow. I was lost and figured it out. One thing I didn't like was that I never saw the detergent going down. After a while it was soapy so I guess my clothes washed well. Some of the water was coming out from the washer, but it stopped. Overall my clothes was washed well. I don't think I'll be drying there since some of my clothes was still damp. This place is clean and well maintain. If I ever need to go back I will definitely return here.”
“This laundry is always clean. It cleans and drys the clothes very quickly. The costumer service lady very polite and welcoming to her customers.Note to coin change always available.I appreciate the services. They offer.”
“Needed my clothes cleaned before leaving for a trip to Florida, as I was going there to do a little muff diving, and they did a decent job, although I lost my number …. What number ?”
“Sunrise Laundromat is a great place! The facility looks clean, modern, and well-maintained. The manager is very kind, friendly, and helpful, which makes the whole experience pleasant. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.”
“My first time here in years. I was clueless on what to do. The attendant(new owner) I can't recall her name was very pleasant, friendly, and was me a walk through. I even left a load of laundry, 7 days later she assisted to get my things. I recommend this place if you need to do your laundry.”
“I come to this cleaners all the time, even after I moved. They do a great job with each item I bring and take special care even with delicate or hard to press garments.”

“I’ve been coming here several times, and it’s been a reliable spot to get laundry done. It may not be the cleanest laundromat—the inside could definitely use some better upkeep—but it gets the job done every time.
All the washers and dryers work, and there are usually enough machines available, though I’d recommend avoiding busy hours if you want more options to choose from. There is no bathroom.
A few things to note:
• If you use a card, there’s a $15 hold placed on it
• Wash prices are around $3.75 (light soil), $4 (medium), and $4.75 (heavy)
• Cycles include normal, permanent press, delicates, and bulky, with temperature options like hot, warm, and cold
There are sometimes homeless individuals around, but from my experience, they haven’t bothered me.
One suggestion: please add or improve the Wi-Fi—the connection can be spotty at times, which would make the experience even better while waiting on loads.
Overall, it’s a solid, dependable place to do your laundry—even if it could use a little more cleaning and maintenance.”

“Edison Cleaners are professional, organized and always on time. They have rushed several of my items on numerous occasions when they didn’t have to. They are courteous and clean and every now and again they’ll give me discount which is a pleasant surprise. I highly suggest bringing your items here. They do a fantastic job!”
“Great experience they went above and beyond for my needs. Will recommend to everyone reading this that needs alterations, dry cleaning or special needs to please go here! Avi and the team treated us like family and got this job done in record time! Thank you sooooo much for your service we will be back FOR SURE!”
“Don't let the location or looks deter you, our family has been using King's for dry cleaning for 30+ years. Their prices are the best I've seen, they will extra starch anything (shirts will literally stand up straight), and we've never sent in an item that they couldn't get the stain out of- always impressed with how they get out stains! Of course you will get the normal chipped button from the pressing machines occasionally, but if you ask, they will sew a new one on. If the owner is there, which he normally is, you will have no problem getting what you want done. If the owner's dad is there, sometimes there can be a language barrier if you aren't simply picking up with your ticket #.”

“I did not use the laundry here but I needed some quarters. The lady in there was so welcoming. She helped me with the coins I needed. This place will be my goto coin laundry going forward. Thank you for treating me nicely!!!”
“The place is good and the lady who attends there with her husband are too kind!
If something they should improve is that the dispensing machines have never worked since the first time I was there, but the service is excellent they are Latino people providing good attention the best front office client service Mrs Liana and Mr Omar”

“We dropped off my daughter's ROTC uniform of on a Thurs evening, to be picked up on Monday evening, not realizing she needed it for a surprise inspection on Monday morning at 8:45. She emailed the owner, Mr. Rorik Patel Sunday morning, when she realized it. He emailed her back right away and told her he would see what he could do. (They send their laundry out to Delight on Wendover Rd in Charlotte). He called her at 6:30 Monday morning and told her she could go pick it up there and it would be ready. Went and picked it up and dropped her off at school at 8:43. 2 minutes to spare! Mr. Patel went above and beyond what we expected! I never expected him to get in touch with her on a Sunday, much less track down her uniform so we could go pick it up!! He made an impossible situation possible for her. I can't say enough good things about them and we will be using them for all of our dry cleaning needs! Thank you so much!!”
