“I've been a tenant/customer of these folks since 2014. The prices for storage, parking and office space is extremely reasonable. I recently had a family emergency that put me into a financial tailspin. Denise,the head of management jumped on the phone with me and quickly helped me resolve my past due balance. She didn't judge my situation and didn't ask me any embarrassing questions. She was just simply about helping me to remain with them. My situation was resolved and I gained a friend. I was in a bad spot and I was met with kindness. I'll continue to be their customer until the end because of how she handled me and my situation.”

“I’ve decided to switch storage spaces from a place in Charlotte to this location. The whole process was super easy& the customer service from the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was great! I come from an area of customer service so this was definitely a great start! I arrived at the unit, and it was a very clean space. It was a lot cleaner than the other location I had previously had my things at. This place is a lot cheaper& closer to home so I’m glad I chose this place for my items!”
