“Great experience when arrived with a warm greeting and bottle of water. The technician inquired of my visit. He verified the request and told me that the service will begin in 5 minutes.
The service began on time and the service was excellent and completed in 5 minutes. Even received a window cleaning.
The assistant manager Xzavier were my top notch technician. Great model for customer service. Upon completion of the service, all Technican gave a hand clap. What a wonderful experience. I will return. Thank for the experience.”
“I came out of my office on my lunch break to find my tire was significantly low on air. After filling it up at a local gas station, only to find it deplete more than 50% in just a few minutes, I took it to Mavis for a tire replacement. I was originally going to Uber back to the office for a meeting I had at 1:30, but Austin and the guys had me in and out in 30 minutes. I was back WELL before my meeting. Never had such speedy and friendly service.”

“It may be hard for me to top the glowing reviews of the team at EuroEnvy but I'm going to try! I have a '12 M3 that I periodically take to the track and on the way to a local shop to have the oil changed and brake fluid flushed before leaving town the check engine light came on and my car went into limp mode. I was fearing the worst, and after 1.5 days the local shop didn't make progress. EuroEnvy to the rescue.
EuroEnvy had been recommended to me and I called and explained my predicament. While no promises were made, I was given some hope that they would accept my car first thing in the morning and see if they could help. I rearranged some things, retrieved my car, and drove it to EuroEnvy arriving later that day to drop it off in case that would help the time crunch. Several of the team were in the office and as I began to describe everything in detail it was soon clear that I was talking to people who not only were extremely knowledgeable but also caring. They listened! At a BMW repair shop! Even asked me questions and documented my answers in detail!
I left the car and the office with a feeling that I had found people I could trust, who understood the entire situation, and might be able to pull off a miracle and help me out. Things only got better from there. I received a detailed diagnosis and recommendations in writing that same day! I was able to approve the work from my phone and Shannon stayed in contact regarding progress as it unfolded in the morning. Everything that needed to be fixed was fixed, and several shortcomings from work done elsewhere were found and corrected. The car was meaningfully test driven to ensure all was well and I was off to my track day which was a total success. Just as important is that I found incredible people at EuroEnvy - honest, extremely skilled, fair, trustworthy.
Thank you Shannon, Tom, Ben, and team! I would give even more stars if I could because you deserve it. I only wish I had found you earlier and will be telling everyone I know with a BMW or Mini about my experience!”
“Easy to make this a 5 star review. Appointment time 11am. In the shop at 11am. Work agreed upon and completed by 11:40am. My Honest Mechanic is a fair and competent auto repair shop at competitive prices. I recommend that you give them a try----or you can sit in your dealers wait room for 3 hours and they come up with some extraneous repair to line their pockets.”

“These guys are fantastic! I went in for an oil & filter change. They added air to my tires & added wiper washer fluid. They also suggested I change my air filter & cabin air filter, which I did. They showed be the old filters, throwing them in the trash, showed me the new filters & putting them in my car so I could be confident in what they were doing. The whole process took about 15 minutes, at most. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks guys for a great job!”
