“This place to me is great I dropped a star because I normally come here and only 1 dude seems like he don’t want to be there but on the other hand I get great tires but I come in for a tire and a plug and little did I know I was charged nearly a tire for a plug and the plug still leaks I will be coming back for a tire because the tires are good but I would ask the price of a plug before getting one”

“First time here. Brought my Tesla in for NC State Inspection. Super fast. Barely had time to read two pages of my book. Quentin and Joe took great care of me and my vechicle. And the total was less than $14. These great guys only charge for the Safety portion of the inspection (Tesla, no emissions) where I now know that other places in past years charging $30+ were charging for both parts. Shame on me for not knowing, but kudos to these guys. I’m impressed. Will be back with my wife’s Pilot when we need other services.”

“I slid through on a Sunday morning to get my oil changed and let me tell you this was hands DOWN the best experience and best crew members I’ve ever had here. Every person that was working on 11/19/23 at about 10am deserves a raise (special shout out to Emmanuel). They all had 10/10 personalities and were just fun to be around, not to mention how quickly and efficiently they got my oil changed and replaced both my cabin and engine air filter. Emmanuel was transparent about pricing the entire time and gave me different options each with a thorough explanation. This crew is amazing at their job and they all deserve to be recognized!!”

Ethan checked the tire pressure on my car. Asked if my wipers were good. Out of no where I had another guy started to clean my windows ( Timothy) . “Metrolina saved my day!! I took my fairly old front tires in to have them rebalanced due to vibrations, and it was found that one was out of round, i.e. no good. Since both were worn pretty well, they both needed replacing anyway. Only problem for me was...I needed to have them no later than the next day due to travel commitments. And even though they didn't have my tire size in stock, they were able to order the the tires, have them delivered, mounted, balanced, and ready to roll in 2 hours! Two hours...simply unreal. And their pricing was very competitive with the big box and online shops. It's great to see and experience a business where customer-first type service still exists!”

“Big shout out to the service technician who changed the driver side low beam headlight on my daughter's Jetta on 10/10/23 afternoon. I live out town. I usually check the car when it's home, but last week I didn't see that light was out until she had to go back to CLT, and I didn't have time to fix it. After reading the reviews, I sent her to this location with new lights bought in CLT. Huge thanks to whoever did the change out quickly and w/o a crazy up sell. As her father, I feel reassured she is traveling with two working low beams again. Great work and I appreciate it!”

“I stumbled upon this location by accident after exiting I-485 with a flat tire. The entire staff was super welcoming and polite which was a relief as I was a bit flustered given the circumstances. They got me in as soon as they could and were able to patch what ended up being a nail puncture. This occurred at the beginning of an 8-hour drive to Pennsylvania, so I was very appreciative for their quick and effective service.”
