“Needed a trip inspection for my Honda Civic that’s going cross country, and was able to get a same day appointment. Inspection was quick, about 30-35 minutes (was told can vary up to an hour), and the receptionist did a great job explaining the results. Price for the inspection made sense, as did the quote for the things they recommended fixing. A pleasant experience overall, would recommend!”

“I got an oil change today, and the entire team was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Asia and Emmanuel were especially top tier! Asia took the time to explain some recommendations for my vehicle and made sure I understood everything. Emmanuel was very patient and thorough while going through the checklist process with me.
There was also a new employee working today whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, but he was just as pleasant and took the time to explain what he was doing as he worked on my vehicle.

“✨✨ About three weeks ago, I visited Valvoline to get my vehicle inspected, an oil change, a new filter, and a transmission plug. I showed up late on a busy Saturday, and they were absolutely packed. Despite that, the team was incredibly accommodating and got me in and out in about 30 minutes with all the services taken care of.
The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. They took the time to explain everything, but still managed to work efficiently, which I really appreciated. I waited a bit before writing this review to make sure everything with my car was running smoothly, and I can confidently say that everything has been perfect since.
Their prices are competitive with other places in the area, but the level of service here really stands out. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone, and I’ll be coming back for my car maintenance needs in the future.”

“Metrolina saved my day!! I took my fairly old front tires in to have them rebalanced due to vibrations, and it was found that one was out of round, i.e. no good. Since both were worn pretty well, they both needed replacing anyway. Only problem for me was...I needed to have them no later than the next day due to travel commitments. And even though they didn't have my tire size in stock, they were able to order the the tires, have them delivered, mounted, balanced, and ready to roll in 2 hours! Two hours...simply unreal. And their pricing was very competitive with the big box and online shops. It's great to see and experience a business where customer-first type service still exists!”
