Second Look Books is a local shop and one of those hidden gems in a suburb of a major city, located in Harrisburg, NC at the corner of Highway 49 and Roberta Road in the Lowes' Foods Shopping Center with free parking. This amazing bookstore is small but has a great ambience. It offers a lot of options and an awesome selection of gently loved used and new books at an affordable and great price. The staff is incredibly nice, helpful, very friendly, and exceptionally kind. The store also has other small items like book markers, cute stationary and pins, and other small crafts created by local artists. It offers a trade credit program where you can get store credit by selling books by appointment, earning credit toward used and new titles. They also accept donations, and whatever books they cannot resell are donated locally. It is a nice and quiet place to browse, and it is 100% recommended.
